| بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |

[2:279] | Fa-in lam tafAAaloo fa/thanoo biharbinmina Allahi warasoolihi wa-in tubtum falakum ruoosu amwalikumla tathlimoona wala tuthlamoona
|  فإن لم تفعلوا فأذنوا بحرب من الله ورسوله وإن تبتم فلكم رءوس أموالكم لا تظلمون ولا تظلمون
فَإِن لَّمْ تَفْعَلُواْ فَأْذَنُواْ بِحَرْبٍ مِّنَ اللّهِ وَرَسُولِهِ وَإِن تُبْتُمْ فَلَكُمْ رُؤُوسُ أَمْوَالِكُمْ لاَ تَظْلِمُونَ وَلاَ تُظْلَمُونَ |
| Words | |فإن - And if| لم - not| تفعلوا - you do,| فأذنوا - then be informed| بحرب - of a war| من - from| الله - Allah| ورسوله - and His Messenger.| وإن - And if| تبتم - you repent| فلكم - then for you| رءوس - (is)| أموالكم - your capital -| لا - (do) not| تظلمون - wrong| ولا - and not| تظلمون - you will be wronged.| |

| (የታዘዛችሁትን) ባትሠሩም ከአላህና ከመልክተኛው በኾነች ጦር (መወጋታችሁን) ዕወቁ፡፡ ብትጸጸቱም ለእናንተ የገንዘቦቻችሁ ዋናዎች አሏችሁ፡፡ አትበድሉም አትበደሉምም፡፡ |
| آل الجلالين | { فإن لم تفعلوا } ما أمرتم به { فأذنوا } اعلمَوا { بحرب من الله ورسوله } لكم فيه تهديد شديد لهم ولما نزلت قالوا لا بد لنا بحربه { وإن تبتم } رجعتم عنه { فلكم رءوس } أصول { أموالكم لاتَظلمون } بزيادة { ولا تُظلمون } بنقص . |
| Ma ur tewqimem ara, êûut ara kwen Inna$ Öebbi akked Umazan iS. Ma tnedmem, nnwen ôaselmal. Ur denniset, ur pwadenset. |
| মুহিউদ্দীন খান | অতঃপর যদি তোমরা পরিত্যাগ না কর, তবে আল্লাহ ও তাঁর রসূলের সাথে যুদ্ধ করতে প্রস্তুত হয়ে যাও। কিন্তু যদি তোমরা তওবা কর, তবে তোমরা নিজের মূলধন পেয়ে যাবে। তোমরা কারও প্রতি অত্যাচার করো না এবং কেউ তোমাদের প্রতি অত্যাচার করবে না। |
| Literal | So if you do not make/do, so be announced to/informed with (of) a battle/war from God and His messenger, and if you repented , so for you (are) your properties/wealths/beginnings/(capital) (keep only your capital), you do not cause injustice/oppression (to others) and nor be caused injustice to/oppressed. |
| Yusuf Ali | If ye do it not, Take notice of war from Allah and His Messenger: But if ye turn back, ye shall have your capital sums: Deal not unjustly, and ye shall not be dealt with unjustly. |
