[2:238] | Hafithoo AAalaalssalawati waalssalatialwusta waqoomoo lillahi qaniteena
|  حافظوا على الصلوات والصلاة الوسطى وقوموا لله قانتين
حَافِظُواْ عَلَى الصَّلَوَاتِ والصَّلاَةِ الْوُسْطَى وَقُومُواْ لِلّهِ قَانِتِينَ |

| በሶላቶች (በተለይ) በመካከለኛይቱም ሶላት ላይ ተጠባበቁ፡፡ ታዛዦች ኾናችሁም ለአላህ ቁሙ፡፡ |
| آل الجلالين | { حافظوا على الصلوات } الخمس بأدائها في أوقاتها { والصلاة الوسطى } هي العصر أو الصبح أو الظهر أو غيرها أقوال وأفردها بالذكر لفضلها { وقوموا لله } في الصلاة { قانتين } قيل مطيعين لقوله صلى الله عليه وسلم : كل قنوت في القرآن فهو طاعة، رواه أحمد وغيره، وقيل ساكتين لحديث زيد بن أرقم : كنا نتكلم في الصلاة حتى نزلت فأمرنا بالسكوت ونُهينا عن الكلام رواه الشيخان . |
