[2:188] | Wala ta/kuloo amwalakumbaynakum bialbatili watudloo biha ilaalhukkami lita/kuloo fareeqan min amwali alnnasibial-ithmi waantum taAAlamoona
|  ولا تأكلوا أموالكم بينكم بالباطل وتدلوا بها إلى الحكام لتأكلوا فريقا من أموال الناس بالإثم وأنتم تعلمون
وَلاَ تَأْكُلُواْ أَمْوَالَكُم بَيْنَكُم بِالْبَاطِلِ وَتُدْلُواْ بِهَا إِلَى الْحُكَّامِ لِتَأْكُلُواْ فَرِيقًا مِّنْ أَمْوَالِ النَّاسِ بِالْإِثْمِ وَأَنتُمْ تَعْلَمُونَ |

| ገንዘቦቻችሁንም በመካከላችሁ በከንቱ (ያለ አግባብ) አትብሉ፡፡ እናንተም የምታውቁ ስትኾኑ ከሰዎች ገንዘቦች ከፊልን በኃጢኣት ትበሉ ዘንድ ወደ ዳኞች አትጣሏት፡፡ |
| آل الجلالين | { ولا تأكلوا أموالكم بينكم } أي يأكل بعضكم مال بعض { بالباطل } الحرام شرعا كالسرقة والغصب { و } لا { تُدلوا } تلقوا { بها } أي بحكومتها أو بالأموال رشوة { إلى الحكام لتأكلوا } بالتحاكم { فريقا } طائفة { من أموال الناس } متلبسين { بالإثم وأنتم تعلمون } أنكم مبطلون . |
| Ur ppemyeççat ayla nnwen, garawen, d aêerfi, ur t ppaket i yimêaddan, iwakken a ppeççem amur, seg wayla n medden, di lmenkweô, u kunwi teéôam. |
| মুহিউদ্দীন খান | তোমরা অন্যায়ভাবে একে অপরের সম্পদ ভোগ করো না। এবং জনগণের সম্পদের কিয়দংশ জেনে-শুনে পাপ পন্থায় আত্নসাৎ করার উদ্দেশে শাসন কতৃপক্ষের হাতেও তুলে দিও না। |
| Literal | And do not eat/consume your properties/wealths between you with the falsehood and you push down (as a means to approach) with it, to the rulers/governors to eat a group (portion) from the people's properties/wealths with a sin/crime and you know. |
| Yusuf Ali | And do not eat up your property among yourselves for vanities, nor use it as bait for the judges, with intent that ye may eat up wrongfully and knowingly a little of (other) people's property. |
