| بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |

[2:119] | Inna arsalnaka bialhaqqibasheeran wanatheeran wala tus-alu Aaan as-habialjaheemi
|  إنا أرسلناك بالحق بشيرا ونذيرا ولا تسأل عن أصحاب الجحيم
إِنَّا أَرْسَلْنَاكَ بِالْحَقِّ بَشِيرًا وَنَذِيرًا وَلاَ تُسْأَلُ عَنْ أَصْحَابِ الْجَحِيمِ |
| Words | |إنا - Indeed We!| أرسلناك - [We] have sent you| بالحق - with the truth,| بشيرا - (as) a bearer of good news| ونذيرا - and (as) a warner.| ولا - And not| تسأل - you will be asked| عن - about| أصحاب - (the) companions| الجحيم - (of) the blazing Fire.| |

| እኛ አብሳሪና አስፈራሪ ኾነህ በውነት ላክንህ፡፡ ከእሳትም ጓዶች አትጠየቅም፡፡ |
| آل الجلالين | { إنا أرسلناك } يا محمد { بالحق } بالهدى { بشيرا } من أجاب إليه بالجنة { ونذيرا } من لم يجب إليه بالنار { ولا تُسأل عن أصحاب الجحيم } النار، أي الكفار ما لهم لم يؤمنوا إنما عليك البلاغ، وفي قراءة بجزم تسأل نهيا . |

| মুহিউদ্দীন খান | নিশ্চয় আমি আপনাকে সত্যধর্মসহ সুসংবাদদাতা ও ভীতি প্রদর্শনকারীরূপে পাঠিয়েছি। আপনি দোযখবাসীদের সম্পর্কে জিজ্ঞাসিত হবেন না। |
| Literal | That We sent you with the truth (as) an announcer of good news and a warner/giver of notice, and you are not (to) be asked/questioned about the roaring fire's/Hell's owners/company . |
| Yusuf Ali | Verily We have sent thee in truth as a bearer of glad tidings and a warner: But of thee no question shall be asked of the Companions of the Blazing Fire. |
