بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |

1 [2:116] | Waqaloo itakhatha Allahuwaladan subhanahu bal lahu ma fee alssamawatiwaal-ardi kullun lahu qanitoona
| وقالوا اتخذ الله ولدا سبحانه بل له ما في السماوات والأرض كل له قانتون وَقَالُواْ اتَّخَذَ اللّهُ وَلَدًا سُبْحَانَهُ بَل لَّهُ مَا فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالأَرْضِ كُلٌّ لَّهُ قَانِتُونَ |
Words | |وقالوا - And they said,| اتخذ - "has taken| الله - Allah| ولدا - a son."| سبحانه - Glory be to Him!| بل - Nay,| له - for Him| ما - (is) what| في - (is) in| السماوات - the heavens| والأرض - and the earth.| كل - All| له - to Him| قانتون - (are) humbly obedient.| |

| አላህም ልጅ አለው አሉ፡፡ (ከሚሉት) ጥራት ተገባው፡፡ አይደለም በሰማያትና በምድር ያለው ሁሉ የርሱ ነው፡፡ ሁሉም ለርሱ ታዛዦች ናቸው፡፡ |
آل الجلالين | { وقالوا } بواو وبدونها اليهود والنصارى ومن زعم أن الملائكة بنات الله { اتخذ الله ولداً } قال تعالى { سبحانه } تنزيها له عنه { بل له ما في السماوات والأرض } ملكا وخلقا وعبيدا والملكية تنافي الولادة وعبر بما تغليبا لما لا يعقل { كل له قانتون } مطيعون كل بما يراد منه وفيه تغليب العاقل. |

মুহিউদ্দীন খান | তারা বলে, আল্লাহ সন্তান গ্রহণ করেছেন। তিনি তো এসব কিছু থেকে পবিত্র, বরং নভোমন্ডল ও ভূমন্ডলে যা কিছু রয়েছে সবই তার আজ্ঞাধীন। |
Literal | And they said: "God took/received a child (son) His praise/glory, but to Him what (is) in the skies/space and the earth/Planet Earth, each/all for him (are) obeying humbly . |
Yusuf Ali | They say: "Allah hath begotten a son" :Glory be to Him.-Nay, to Him belongs all that is in the heavens and on earth: everything renders worship to Him. |
