| بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |

[14:35] | Wa-ith qala ibraheemurabbi ijAAal hatha albalada aminan waojnubneewabaniyya an naAAbuda al-asnama
|  وإذ قال إبراهيم رب اجعل هذا البلد آمنا واجنبني وبني أن نعبد الأصنام
وَإِذْ قَالَ إِبْرَاهِيمُ رَبِّ اجْعَلْ هَـذَا الْبَلَدَ آمِنًا وَاجْنُبْنِي وَبَنِيَّ أَن نَّعْبُدَ الْأَصْنَامَ |
| Words | |وإذ - And when| قال - said| إبراهيم - Ibrahim,| رب - "My Lord!| اجعل - Make| هذا - this| البلد - city| آمنا - safe,| واجنبني - and keep me away| وبني - and my sons| أن - that| نعبد - we worship| الأصنام - the idols.| |

| آل الجلالين | { و } اذكر { إذ قال إبراهيم رب اجعل هذا البلد } مكة { آمنا } ذا أمن وقد أجاب الله دعاءه فجعله حرما لا يسفك فيه دم إنسان ولا يظلم فيه أحد ولا يُصاد صيده ولا يتخلى خلاه { واجنبني } بعدني { وبنيَّ } عن { أن نعبد الأصنام } . |
| Mi inna Ibôahim: "a Mass iw! Err tamdint agi d tin n laman, Âatq a$, nek d warraw iw, seg wannuz n tâancuôin. |
| মুহিউদ্দীন খান | যখন ইব্রাহীম বললেনঃ হে পালনকর্তা, এ শহরকে শান্তিময় করে দিন এবং আমাকে ও আমার সন্তান সন্ততিকে মূর্তি পূজা থেকে দূরে রাখুন। |
