| بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |

[14:17] | YatajarraAAuhu wala yakaduyuseeghuhu waya/teehi almawtu min kulli makanin wamahuwa bimayyitin wamin wara-ihi AAathabun ghaleethun
|  يتجرعه ولا يكاد يسيغه ويأتيه الموت من كل مكان وما هو بميت ومن ورائه عذاب غليظ
يَتَجَرَّعُهُ وَلاَ يَكَادُ يُسِيغُهُ وَيَأْتِيهِ الْمَوْتُ مِن كُلِّ مَكَانٍ وَمَا هُوَ بِمَيِّتٍ وَمِن وَرَآئِهِ عَذَابٌ غَلِيظٌ |
| Words | |يتجرعه - He will sip it| ولا - but not| يكاد - he will be near| يسيغه - (to) swallowing it.| ويأتيه - And will come to him| الموت - the death| من - from| كل - every| مكان - side,| وما - but not| هو - he| بميت - will die.| ومن - And ahead of him| ورائه - And ahead of him| عذاب - (is) a punishment| غليظ - harsh.| |

| ይጎነጨዋል፤ ሊውጠውም አይቀርብም፡፡ ሞትም ከየስፍራው ሁሉ ይመጣበታል፤ እርሱም የሚሞት አይደለም፡፡ ከስተፊቱም ከባድ ቅጣት አለ፡፡ |
| آل الجلالين | { يتجرعه } يبتلعه مرة بعد مرة لمرارته { ولا يكاد يسيغه } يزدرده لقبحه وكراهته { ويأتيه الموت } أي أسبابه المقتضية له من أنواع العذاب { من كل مكان وما هو بميت ومن ورائه } بعد ذلك العذاب { عذاب غليظ } قوي متصل . |

| মুহিউদ্দীন খান | ঢোক গিলে তা পান করবে। এবং গলার ভিতরে প্রবেশ করতে পারবে না। প্রতি দিক থেকে তার কাছে মৃত্যু আগমন করবে এবং সে মরবে না। তার পশ্চাতেও রয়েছে কঠোর আযাব। |
| Literal | He swallows it little by little and (he) is not about to accept its taste/swallow it easily, and the death/lifelessness comes to him from every place/position, and he is not with dying, and from behind him (is) strong/rough torture. |
