بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ

Wa-itha tutla AAalayhim ayatunabayyinatin qala allatheena layarjoona liqaana i/ti biqur-anin ghayri hathaaw baddilhu qul ma yakoonu lee an obaddilahu min tilqa-inafsee in attabiAAu illa ma yooha ilayyainnee akhafu in AAasaytu rabbee AAathabayawmin AAatheemin

وإذا تتلى عليهم آياتنا بينات قال الذين لا يرجون لقاءنا ائت بقرآن غير هذا أو بدله قل ما يكون لي أن أبدله من تلقاء نفسي إن أتبع إلا ما يوحى إلي إني أخاف إن عصيت ربي عذاب يوم عظيم
وَإِذَا تُتْلَى عَلَيْهِمْ آيَاتُنَا بَيِّنَاتٍ قَالَ الَّذِينَ لاَ يَرْجُونَ لِقَاءَنَا ائْتِ بِقُرْآنٍ غَيْرِ هَـذَا أَوْ بَدِّلْهُ قُلْ مَا يَكُونُ لِي أَنْ أُبَدِّلَهُ مِن تِلْقَاءِ نَفْسِي إِنْ أَتَّبِعُ إِلاَّ مَا يُوحَى إِلَيَّ إِنِّي أَخَافُ إِنْ عَصَيْتُ رَبِّي عَذَابَ يَوْمٍ عَظِيمٍ

አንቀጾቻችንም ግልጽ ኾነው በእነርሱ ላይ በተነበቡላቸው ጊዜ እነዚያ መገናኘታችንን የማይፈሩት ከዚህ ሌላ የሆነን ቁርኣን አምጣልን ወይም ለውጠው ይላሉ፡፡ እኔ ከራሴ በኩል ልለውጠው አይገባኝም፡፡ ወደእኔ የሚወርደውን እንጂ አልከተልም፡፡ እኔ ከጌታዬ ባምጽ የታላቁን ቀን ቅጣት እፈራለሁ በላቸው፡፡

آل الجلالين

{ وإذا تُتلى عليهم آياتنا } القرآن { بينات } ظاهرات حال { قال الذين لا يرجون لقاءنا } لا يخافون البعث { ائت بقرآن غير هذا } ليس فيه عيب آلهتنا { أو بدله } من تلقاء نفسك { قل } لهم { ما يكون } ينبغي { لي أن أبدله من تلقاء } قبل { نفسي إن } ما { أتبع إلا ما يوحي إليّ إني أخاف إن عصيت ربي } بتبديله { عذاب يوم عظيم } هو يوم القيامة .

Ma $ôan asen issekniyen nne£ iberrzen, wid ur negguni ara timlilit yidne£, ad inin: "awi d Leqwôan nniven, ne$ beddel it". Ini: "ur felli a t beddle$, s leb$i n yiman iw. Teddu$ kan akked wayen iyi d ippuweêêan. Nek ugade$, ma xedâa$ Mass iw, aâaqeb n wass ameqwôaêan".

আর যখন তাদের কাছে আমার প্রকৃষ্ট আয়াত সমূহ পাঠ করা হয়, তখন সে সমস্ত লোক বলে, যাদের আশা নেই আমার সাক্ষাতের, নিয়ে এসো কোন কোরআন এটি ছাড়া, অথবা একে পরিবর্তিত করে দাও। তাহলে বলে দাও, একে নিজের পক্ষ থেকে পরিবর্তিত করা আমার কাজ নয়। আমি সে নির্দেশেরই আনুগত্য করি, যা আমার কাছে আসে। আমি যদি স্বীয় পরওয়ারদেগারের নাফরমানী করি, তবে কঠিন দিবসের আযাবের ভয় করি।

Literal

And if Our signs/verses evidences are read/recited on them, those who do not hope/expect meeting Us said: "Come/bring with a Koran other than that or exchange/replace it ." Say: "(It) is not to me that I exchange/replace it from my self/spontaneously/willingly that I follow except what is inspired/revealed to me, that I fear if I disobeyed my Lord (from) a great day's torture."

But when Our Clear Signs are rehearsed unto them, those who rest not their hope on their meeting with Us, Say: "Bring us a reading other than this, or change this," Say: "It is not for me, of my own accord, to change it: I follow naught but what is revealed unto me: if I were to disobey my Lord, I should myself fear the penalty of a Great Day (to come)."

And when Our clear revelations are recited unto them, they who look not for the meeting with Us say: Bring a Lecture other than this, or change it. Say (O Muhammad): It is not for me to change it of my accord. I only follow that which is inspired in me. Lo! if I disobey my Lord I fear the retribution of an awful Day.

And when Our signs are recited to them, clear signs, those who look not to encounter Us say, 'Bring a Koran other than this, or alter it.' Say: 'It is not for me to alter it of my own accord. I follow nothing, except what is revealed to me. Truly I fear, if I should rebel against my Lord, the chastisement of a dreadful day.'

And when Our clear communications are recited to them, those who hope not for Our meeting say: Bring a Quran other than this or change it. Say: It does not beseem me that I should change it of myself; I follow naught but what is revealed to me; surely I fear, if I disobey my Lord, the punishment of a mighty day.

Whenever Our authoritative revelations are recited to those who do not wish to meet Us in the life hereafter, say, "Bring us another book besides this one or change it." (Muhammad), tell them, "I can not change it myself. I only follow what is revealed to me. I fear that for disobeying my Lord I shall be punished on the great (Day of Judgment).

AND [thus it is:] whenever Our messages are conveyed unto them in all their clarity, those who do not believe that they are destined to meet Us [are wont to] say, "Bring us a discourse other than this, or alter this one. willed upon Himself the law of grace and mercy" (see 6:12 and the corresponding note) and, consequently, does not punish sinners without taking their circumstances into consideration and giving them time to repent and to mend their ways. Say [O Prophet]: "It is not conceivable that I should alter it of my own volition; I only follow what is revealed to me. Behold, I would dread, were I [thus] to rebel against my Sustainer, the suffering [which would befall me] on that ,awesome Day [of Judgment]!"

When our revelations are recited to them, those who do not expect to meet us say, "Bring a Quran other than this, or change it!" Say, "I cannot possibly change it on my own. I simply follow what is revealed to me. I fear, if I disobey my Lord, the retribution of an awesome day."

Hilali/Khan**

And when Our Clear Verses are recited unto them, those who hope not for their meeting with Us, say: Bring us a Quran other than this, or change it."Say (O Muhammad SAW): "It is not for me to change it on my own accord; I only follow that which is revealed unto me. Verily, I fear if I were to disobey my Lord, the torment of the Great Day (i.e. the Day of Resurrection)."

They say, "Bring us a Qur'an other than this or make some changes in it." Say (O Prophet), "It is not conceivable that I would alter it myself. I only follow what is revealed to me. I cannot disobey my Lord, for I fear the retribution of a Mighty Day."

Na igira a pphangadian kiran so manga ayat Ami, a manga rarayag, na gii tharoon o siran a di iran ikhalk so kimbaratmowaan Rkami a: "Bgay ka sa pphangadian, a salakaw sii, odi na sambiing ka skaniyan;" tharoang ka (ya Mohammad) a: "Di rakn khapatot oba ko sambii skaniyan phoon ko pantag ko ginawa ko: da a pagonotan ko a rowar ko iphagilaham rakn: Mataan! a sakn na ikhalk akn amay ka sorangn ko so Kadnan ko, so siksa ko alongan a mala."

اور جب ان پر ہماری روشن آیتیں پڑھی جاتی ہیں تو وہ کہنے لگتے ہیں جنہیں ہم سے ملنے کی امید نہیں کہ اس کے سوا اور قرآن لے آیئے یا اسی کو بدل دیجیے تم فرماؤ مجھے نہیں پہنچتا کہ میں اسے اپنی طرف سے بدل دوں میں تو اسی کا تابع ہوں جو میری طرف وحی ہوتی ہے میں اگر اپنے رب کی نافرمانی کروں تو مجھے بڑے دن کے عذاب کا ڈر ہے

اور (اب یہ بھی) جب پڑھ کر سُنائی جاتی ہیں اِن کو ہماری آیات جو بہت واضح ہیں، تو کہتے ہیں وہ لوگ جو نہیں توقّع رکھتے ہم سے ملنے کی کہ لاؤ کوئی اور قرآن علاوہ اِس کے یا اس میں کچھ ترمیم کردو۔ کہو! نہیں ہے یہ میرا اختیار کہ میں اس میں کوئی تبدیلی کروں اپنی طرف سے نہیں پیروی کرتا میں مگر اُس کی جو وحی بھیجی جاتی ہے، میری طرف۔ بے شک میں ڈرتا ہون اگر نافرمانی کروں میں اپنے رب کی، عذاب سے ایک بڑے ہولناک دن کے۔

اور جب ان کو ہماری آیتیں پڑھ کر سنائی جاتی ہیں تو جن لوگوں کو ہم سے ملنے کی امید نہیں وہ کہتے ہیں کہ (یا تو) اس کے سوا کوئی اور قرآن (بنا) لاؤ یا اس کو بدل دو۔ کہہ دو کہ مجھ کو اختیار نہیں ہے کہ اسے اپنی طرف سے بدل دو۔ میں تو اسی حکم کا تابع ہوں جو میری طرف آتا ہے۔ اگر میں اپنے پروردگار کی نافرمانی کروں تو مجھے بڑے (سخت) دن کے عذاب سے خوف آتا ہے

اور جب پڑھی جاتی ہیں ان کے سامنے آیتیں ہماری واضح کہتے ہیں وہ لوگ جن کو امید نہیں ہم سے ملاقات کی لے آ کوئی قرآن اس کے سوا یا اس کو بدل ڈال تو کہہ دے میرا کام نہیں کہ اس کو بدل ڈالوں اپنی طرف سے میں تابعداری کرتا ہوں اسی کی جو حکم آئے میری طرف میں ڈر

جب انہیں ہماری صاف صاف باتیں سُنائی جاتی ہیں تو وہ لوگ جو ہم سے ملنے کی توقع نہیں رکھتے، کہتے ہیں کہ “اِس کے بجائے کوئی اور قرآن لاؤ یا اس میں کچھ ترمیم کرو " اے محمدؐ، ان سے کہو “میرا یہ کام نہیں ہے کہ اپنی طرف سے اس میں کوئی تغیر و تبّدل کر لوں میں تو بس اُس وحی کا پیرو ہوں جو میرے پاس بھیجی جاتی ہے اگر میں اپنے رب کی نافرمانی کروں تو مجھے ایک بڑے ہولناک دن کے عذاب کا ڈر ہے"
