| 1 [5:73] | Laqad kafara allatheena qalooinna Allaha thalithu thalathatin wamamin ilahin illa ilahun wahidun wa-inlam yantahoo AAamma yaqooloona layamassanna allatheenakafaroo minhum AAathabun aleemun |  لقد كفر الذين قالوا إن الله ثالث ثلاثة وما من إله إلا إله واحد وإن لم ينتهوا عما يقولون ليمسن الذين كفروا منهم عذاب أليملَّقَدْ كَفَرَ الَّذِينَ قَالُواْ إِنَّ اللّهَ ثَالِثُ ثَلاَثَةٍ وَمَا مِنْ إِلَـهٍ إِلاَّ إِلَـهٌ وَاحِدٌ وَإِن لَّمْ يَنتَهُواْ عَمَّا يَقُولُونَ لَيَمَسَّنَّ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ مِنْهُمْ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ | |||||
| Words | |لقد - Certainly| كفر - disbelieved| الذين - those who| قالوا - say,| إن - "Indeed| الله - Allah| ثالث - (is the) third| ثلاثة - (of) three."| وما - And (there is) no| من - [of]| إله - god| إلا - except| إله - (the) God,| واحد - (the) One.| وإن - And if| لم - not| ينتهوا - they desist| عما - from what| يقولون - they are saying| ليمسن - surely will afflict| الذين - those who| كفروا - disbelieved| منهم - among them,| عذاب - a punishment| أليم - painful.| | ||||||
| 2 [8:38] | Qul lillatheena kafaroo in yantahooyughfar lahum ma qad salafa wa-in yaAAoodoo faqad madatsunnatu al-awwaleena | قل للذين كفروا إن ينتهوا يغفر لهم ما قد سلف وإن يعودوا فقد مضت سنت الأولين قُل لِّلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ إِن يَنتَهُواْ يُغْفَرْ لَهُم مَّا قَدْ سَلَفَ وَإِنْ يَعُودُواْ فَقَدْ مَضَتْ سُنَّتُ الْأَوَّلِينِ | |||||
