| 1 [6:116] | Wa-in tutiAA akthara man fee al-ardiyudillooka AAan sabeeli Allahi in yattabiAAoona illaalththanna wa-in hum illa yakhrusoona |  وإن تطع أكثر من في الأرض يضلوك عن سبيل الله إن يتبعون إلا الظن وإن هم إلا يخرصونوَإِن تُطِعْ أَكْثَرَ مَن فِي الْأَرْضِ يُضِلُّوكَ عَن سَبِيلِ اللّهِ إِن يَتَّبِعُونَ إِلاَّ الظَّنَّ وَإِنْ هُمْ إِلاَّ يَخْرُصُونَ | |||||
| Words | |وإن - And if| تطع - you obey| أكثر - most| من - of| في - (those) in| الأرض - the earth| يضلوك - they will mislead you| عن - from| سبيل - (the) way| الله - (of) Allah.| إن - Not| يتبعون - they follow| إلا - except| الظن - [the] assumption,| وإن - and not| هم - they (do)| إلا - except| يخرصون - guess.| | ||||||
| 2 [10:66] | Ala inna lillahi man fee alssamawatiwaman fee al-ardi wama yattabiAAu allatheenayadAAoona min dooni Allahi shurakaa inyattabiAAoona illa alththanna wa-inhum illa yakhrusoona | ألا إن لله من في السماوات ومن في الأرض وما يتبع الذين يدعون من دون الله شركاء إن يتبعون إلا الظن وإن هم إلا يخرصون أَلاَ إِنَّ لِلّهِ مَن فِي السَّمَاوَات وَمَن فِي الْأَرْضِ وَمَا يَتَّبِعُ الَّذِينَ يَدْعُونَ مِن دُونِ اللّهِ شُرَكَاءَ إِن يَتَّبِعُونَ إِلاَّ الظَّنَّ وَإِنْ هُمْ إِلاَّ يَخْرُصُونَ | |||||
| Words | |ألا - No doubt!| إن - Indeed,| لله - to Allah (belongs)| من - whoever| في - (is) in| السماوات - the heavens| ومن - and whoever| في - (is) in| الأرض - the earth.| وما - And not| يتبع - follow| الذين - those who| يدعون - invoke| من - other than Allah| دون - other than Allah| الله - other than Allah| شركاء - partners.| إن - Not| يتبعون - they follow| إلا - but| الظن - the assumption| وإن - and not| هم - they| إلا - but| يخرصون - guess.| | ||||||
| 3 [43:20] | Waqaloo law shaa alrrahmanuma AAabadnahum ma lahum bithalika minAAilmin in hum illa yakhrusoona | وقالوا لو شاء الرحمن ما عبدناهم ما لهم بذلك من علم إن هم إلا يخرصون وَقَالُوا لَوْ شَاءَ الرَّحْمَنُ مَا عَبَدْنَاهُم مَّا لَهُم بِذَلِكَ مِنْ عِلْمٍ إِنْ هُمْ إِلَّا يَخْرُصُونَ | |||||
| Words | |وقالوا - And they say,| لو - "If| شاء - had willed| الرحمن - the Most Gracious,| ما - we would not have worshipped them."| عبدناهم - we would not have worshipped them."| ما - Not| لهم - they have| بذلك - about that| من - any| علم - knowledge.| إن - Nothing| هم - they (do)| إلا - but| يخرصون - lie.| | ||||||
