| 1 [2:231] | Wa-itha tallaqtumu alnnisaafabalaghna ajalahunna faamsikoohunna bimaAAroofin aw sarrihoohunnabimaAAroofin wala tumsikoohunna diraranlitaAAtadoo waman yafAAal thalika faqad thalamanafsahu wala tattakhithoo ayati Allahihuzuwan waothkuroo niAAmata Allahi AAalaykumwama anzala AAalaykum mina alkitabi waalhikmatiyaAAithukum bihi waittaqoo Allaha waiAAlamooanna Allaha bikulli shay-in AAaleemun |  وإذا طلقتم النساء فبلغن أجلهن فأمسكوهن بمعروف أو سرحوهن بمعروف ولا تمسكوهن ضرارا لتعتدوا ومن يفعل ذلك فقد ظلم نفسه ولا تتخذوا آيات الله هزوا واذكروا نعمت الله عليكم وما أنزل عليكم من الكتاب والحكمة يعظكم به واتقوا الله واعلموا أن الله بكل شيء عليموَإِذَا طَلَّقْتُمُ النِّسَاءَ فَبَلَغْنَ أَجَلَهُنَّ فَأَمْسِكُوهُنَّ بِمَعْرُوفٍ أَوْ سَرِّحُوهُنَّ بِمَعْرُوفٍ وَلاَ تُمْسِكُوهُنَّ ضِرَارًا لَّتَعْتَدُواْ وَمَن يَفْعَلْ ذَلِكَ فَقَدْ ظَلَمَ نَفْسَهُ وَلاَ تَتَّخِذُواْ آيَاتِ اللّهِ هُزُوًا وَاذْكُرُواْ نِعْمَتَ اللّهِ عَلَيْكُمْ وَمَا أَنزَلَ عَلَيْكُمْ مِّنَ الْكِتَابِ وَالْحِكْمَةِ يَعِظُكُم بِهِ وَاتَّقُواْ اللّهَ وَاعْلَمُواْ أَنَّ اللّهَ بِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ عَلِيمٌ | |||||
| Words | |وإذا - And when| طلقتم - you divorce| النساء - the women| فبلغن - and they reach| أجلهن - their (waiting) term,| فأمسكوهن - then retain them| بمعروف - in a fair manner| أو - or| سرحوهن - release them| بمعروف - in a fair manner.| ولا - And (do) not| تمسكوهن - retain them| ضرارا - (to) hurt| لتعتدوا - so that you transgress.| ومن - And whoever| يفعل - does| ذلك - that,| فقد - then indeed,| ظلم - he wronged| نفسه - himself.| ولا - And (do) not| تتخذوا - take| آيات - (the) Verses| الله - (of) Allah| هزوا - (in) jest,| واذكروا - and remember| نعمت - (the) Favors| الله - (of) Allah| عليكم - upon you| وما - and what| أنزل - (is) revealed| عليكم - to you| من - of| الكتاب - the Book| والحكمة - and [the] wisdom;| يعظكم - He instructs you| به - with it.| واتقوا - And fear| الله - Allah| واعلموا - and know| أن - that| الله - Allah (is)| بكل - of every| شيء - thing| عليم - All-Knower.| | ||||||
| 2 [3:103] | WaiAAtasimoo bihabliAllahi jameeAAan wala tafarraqoo waothkurooniAAmata Allahi AAalaykum ith kuntum aAAdaanfaallafa bayna quloobikum faasbahtum biniAAmatihiikhwanan wakuntum AAala shafa hufratinmina alnnari faanqathakum minha kathalikayubayyinu Allahu lakum ayatihi laAAallakumtahtadoona | واعتصموا بحبل الله جميعا ولا تفرقوا واذكروا نعمت الله عليكم إذ كنتم أعداء فألف بين قلوبكم فأصبحتم بنعمته إخوانا وكنتم على شفا حفرة من النار فأنقذكم منها كذلك يبين الله لكم آياته لعلكم تهتدون وَاعْتَصِمُواْ بِحَبْلِ اللّهِ جَمِيعًا وَلاَ تَفَرَّقُواْ وَاذْكُرُواْ نِعْمَتَ اللّهِ عَلَيْكُمْ إِذْ كُنتُمْ أَعْدَاءً فَأَلَّفَ بَيْنَ قُلُوبِكُمْ فَأَصْبَحْتُم بِنِعْمَتِهِ إِخْوَانًا وَكُنتُمْ عَلَى شَفَا حُفْرَةٍ مِّنَ النَّارِ فَأَنقَذَكُم مِّنْهَا كَذَلِكَ يُبَيِّنُ اللّهُ لَكُمْ آيَاتِهِ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَهْتَدُونَ | |||||
| Words | |واعتصموا - And hold firmly| بحبل - to (the) rope| الله - (of) Allah| جميعا - all together| ولا - and (do) not| تفرقوا - be divided.| واذكروا - And remember| نعمت - (the) Favor| الله - (of) Allah| عليكم - on you| إذ - when| كنتم - you were| أعداء - enemies| فألف - then He made friendship| بين - between| قلوبكم - your hearts| فأصبحتم - then you became| بنعمته - by His Favor| إخوانا - brothers.| وكنتم - And you were| على - on| شفا - (the) brink| حفرة - (of) pit| من - of| النار - the Fire| فأنقذكم - then He saved you| منها - from it.| كذلك - Thus| يبين - makes clear| الله - Allah| لكم - for you| آياته - His Verses| لعلكم - so that you may| تهتدون - (be) guided.| | ||||||
| 3 [5:11] | Ya ayyuha allatheena amanooothkuroo niAAmata Allahi AAalaykum ith hammaqawmun an yabsutoo ilaykum aydiyahum fakaffa aydiyahumAAankum waittaqoo Allaha waAAala Allahifalyatawakkali almu/minoona | يا أيها الذين آمنوا اذكروا نعمت الله عليكم إذ هم قوم أن يبسطوا إليكم أيديهم فكف أيديهم عنكم واتقوا الله وعلى الله فليتوكل المؤمنون يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ اذْكُرُواْ نِعْمَتَ اللّهِ عَلَيْكُمْ إِذْ هَمَّ قَوْمٌ أَن يَبْسُطُواْ إِلَيْكُمْ أَيْدِيَهُمْ فَكَفَّ أَيْدِيَهُمْ عَنكُمْ وَاتَّقُواْ اللّهَ وَعَلَى اللّهِ فَلْيَتَوَكَّلِ الْمُؤْمِنُونَ | |||||
| Words | |يا - O| أيها - O you| الذين - who| آمنوا - believe!| اذكروا - Remember| نعمت - (the) Favor| الله - (of) Allah| عليكم - upon you| إذ - when| هم - determined| قوم - a people| أن - that| يبسطوا - they stretch| إليكم - towards you| أيديهم - their hands,| فكف - but He restrained| أيديهم - their hands| عنكم - from you.| واتقوا - And fear| الله - Allah.| وعلى - And upon| الله - Allah| فليتوكل - so let put the trust| المؤمنون - the believers.| | ||||||
| 4 [14:28] | Alam tara ila allatheenabaddaloo niAAmata Allahi kufran waahalloo qawmahumdara albawari | ألم تر إلى الذين بدلوا نعمت الله كفرا وأحلوا قومهم دار البوار أَلَمْ تَرَ إِلَى الَّذِينَ بَدَّلُواْ نِعْمَةَ اللّهِ كُفْرًا وَأَحَلُّواْ قَوْمَهُمْ دَارَ الْبَوَارِ | |||||
| Words | |ألم - Have not| تر - you seen| إلى - [to]| الذين - those who| بدلوا - (have) changed| نعمت - (the) Favor| الله - (of) Allah| كفرا - (for) disbelief| وأحلوا - and they led| قومهم - their people| دار - (to the) house| البوار - (of) destruction?| | ||||||
| 5 [14:34] | Waatakum min kulli masaaltumoohu wa-in taAAuddoo niAAmata Allahi la tuhsoohainna al-insana lathaloomun kaffarun | وآتاكم من كل ما سألتموه وإن تعدوا نعمت الله لا تحصوها إن الإنسان لظلوم كفار وَآتَاكُم مِّن كُلِّ مَا سَأَلْتُمُوهُ وَإِن تَعُدُّواْ نِعْمَتَ اللّهِ لاَ تُحْصُوهَا إِنَّ الْإِنسَانَ لَظَلُومٌ كَفَّارٌ | |||||
| Words | |وآتاكم - And He gave you| من - of| كل - all| ما - what| سألتموه - you asked of Him.| وإن - And if| تعدوا - you count| نعمت - (the) Favor of Allah| الله - (the) Favor of Allah| لا - not| تحصوها - you will (be able to) count them.| إن - Indeed,| الإنسان - the mankind| لظلوم - (is) surely unjust| كفار - (and) ungrateful.| | ||||||
| 6 [16:83] | YaAArifoona niAAmata Allahi thummayunkiroonaha waaktharuhumu alkafiroona | يعرفون نعمت الله ثم ينكرونها وأكثرهم الكافرون يَعْرِفُونَ نِعْمَتَ اللّهِ ثُمَّ يُنكِرُونَهَا وَأَكْثَرُهُمُ الْكَافِرُونَ | |||||
| Words | |يعرفون - They recognize| نعمت - (the) Favor| الله - (of) Allah;| ثم - then| ينكرونها - they deny it.| وأكثرهم - And most of them| الكافرون - (are) the disbelievers.| | ||||||
| 7 [16:114] | Fakuloo mimma razaqakumu Allahuhalalan tayyiban waoshkuroo niAAmataAllahi in kuntum iyyahu taAAbudoona | فكلوا مما رزقكم الله حلالا طيبا واشكروا نعمت الله إن كنتم إياه تعبدون فَكُلُواْ مِمَّا رَزَقَكُمُ اللّهُ حَلاَلاً طَيِّبًا وَاشْكُرُواْ نِعْمَتَ اللّهِ إِن كُنتُمْ إِيَّاهُ تَعْبُدُونَ | |||||
| Words | |فكلوا - So eat| مما - of what| رزقكم - Allah has provided you -| الله - Allah has provided you -| حلالا - lawful| طيبا - and good.| واشكروا - And be grateful| نعمت - (for the) Favor| الله - (of) Allah,| إن - if| كنتم - [you]| إياه - Him Alone| تعبدون - you worship.| | ||||||
| 8 [35:3] | Ya ayyuha alnnasuothkuroo niAAmata Allahi AAalaykum hal min khaliqinghayru Allahi yarzuqukum mina alssama-i waal-ardila ilaha illa huwa faanna tu/fakoona | يا أيها الناس اذكروا نعمت الله عليكم هل من خالق غير الله يرزقكم من السماء والأرض لا إله إلا هو فأنى تؤفكون يَا أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ اذْكُرُوا نِعْمَتَ اللَّهِ عَلَيْكُمْ هَلْ مِنْ خَالِقٍ غَيْرُ اللَّهِ يَرْزُقُكُم مِّنَ السَّمَاءِ وَالْأَرْضِ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا هُوَ فَأَنَّى تُؤْفَكُونَ | |||||
| Words | |يا - O| أيها - O| الناس - mankind!| اذكروا - Remember| نعمت - (the) Favor| الله - (of) Allah| عليكم - upon you.| هل - Is| من - (there) any| خالق - creator| غير - other (than) Allah| الله - other (than) Allah| يرزقكم - who provides for you| من - from| السماء - the sky| والأرض - and the earth?| لا - (There is) no| إله - god| إلا - but| هو - He.| فأنى - Then, how| تؤفكون - (are) you deluded?| | ||||||
