| 1 [3:183] | Allatheena qaloo inna AllahaAAahida ilayna alla nu/mina lirasoolin hattaya/tiyana biqurbanin ta/kuluhu alnnaruqul qad jaakum rusulun min qablee bialbayyinatiwabiallathee qultum falima qataltumoohum in kutum sadiqeena |  الذين قالوا إن الله عهد إلينا ألا نؤمن لرسول حتى يأتينا بقربان تأكله النار قل قد جاءكم رسل من قبلي بالبينات وبالذي قلتم فلم قتلتموهم إن كنتم صادقينالَّذِينَ قَالُواْ إِنَّ اللّهَ عَهِدَ إِلَيْنَا أَلاَّ نُؤْمِنَ لِرَسُولٍ حَتَّى يَأْتِيَنَا بِقُرْبَانٍ تَأْكُلُهُ النَّارُ قُلْ قَدْ جَاءَكُمْ رُسُلٌ مِّن قَبْلِي بِالْبَيِّنَاتِ وَبِالَّذِي قُلْتُمْ فَلِمَ قَتَلْتُمُوهُمْ إِن كُنتُمْ صَادِقِينَ | |||||
| Words | |الذين - Those who| قالوا - said,| إن - "Indeed| الله - Allah| عهد - (has) taken promise| إلينا - from us| ألا - that not| نؤمن - we (should) believe| لرسول - in a Messenger| حتى - until| يأتينا - he brings to us| بقربان - a sacrifice -| تأكله - consumes it| النار - the fire."| قل - Say,| قد - "Surely| جاءكم - came to you| رسل - Messengers| من - from| قبلي - before me| بالبينات - with the clear Signs| وبالذي - and with what| قلتم - you speak.| فلم - So why| قتلتموهم - you killed them,| إن - if| كنتم - you are| صادقين - truthful.| | ||||||
| 2 [13:38] | Walaqad arsalna rusulan min qablikawajaAAalna lahum azwajan wathurriyyatan wamakana lirasoolin an ya/tiya bi-ayatin illabi-ithni Allahi likulli ajalin kitabun | ولقد أرسلنا رسلا من قبلك وجعلنا لهم أزواجا وذرية وما كان لرسول أن يأتي بآية إلا بإذن الله لكل أجل كتاب وَلَقَدْ أَرْسَلْنَا رُسُلاً مِّن قَبْلِكَ وَجَعَلْنَا لَهُمْ أَزْوَاجًا وَذُرِّيَّةً وَمَا كَانَ لِرَسُولٍ أَن يَأْتِيَ بِآيَةٍ إِلاَّ بِإِذْنِ اللّهِ لِكُلِّ أَجَلٍ كِتَابٌ | |||||
| Words | |ولقد - And certainly,| أرسلنا - We sent| رسلا - Messengers| من - from| قبلك - before you| وجعلنا - and We made| لهم - for them| أزواجا - wives| وذرية - and offspring.| وما - And not| كان - was| لرسول - for a Messenger| أن - that| يأتي - he comes| بآية - with a sign| إلا - except| بإذن - by the leave| الله - (of) Allah.| لكل - For everything| أجل - (is) a time| كتاب - prescribed.| | ||||||
| 3 [40:78] | Walaqad arsalna rusulan min qablikaminhum man qasasna AAalayka waminhum man lamnaqsus AAalayka wama kana lirasoolinan ya/tiya bi-ayatin illa bi-ithni Allahifa-itha jaa amru Allahi qudiya bialhaqqiwakhasira hunalika almubtiloona | ولقد أرسلنا رسلا من قبلك منهم من قصصنا عليك ومنهم من لم نقصص عليك وما كان لرسول أن يأتي بآية إلا بإذن الله فإذا جاء أمر الله قضي بالحق وخسر هنالك المبطلون وَلَقَدْ أَرْسَلْنَا رُسُلًا مِّن قَبْلِكَ مِنْهُم مَّن قَصَصْنَا عَلَيْكَ وَمِنْهُم مَّن لَّمْ نَقْصُصْ عَلَيْكَ وَمَا كَانَ لِرَسُولٍ أَنْ يَأْتِيَ بِآيَةٍ إِلَّا بِإِذْنِ اللَّهِ فَإِذَا جَاءَ أَمْرُ اللَّهِ قُضِيَ بِالْحَقِّ وَخَسِرَ هُنَالِكَ الْمُبْطِلُونَ | |||||
| Words | |ولقد - And certainly| أرسلنا - We have sent| رسلا - Messengers| من - before you.| قبلك - before you.| منهم - Among them| من - (are) who -| قصصنا - We have related| عليك - to you,| ومنهم - and among them| من - (are) who -| لم - not| نقصص - We have related| عليك - to you.| وما - And not| كان - is| لرسول - for any Messenger| أن - that| يأتي - he brings| بآية - a Sign| إلا - except| بإذن - by (the) permission| الله - (of) Allah.| فإذا - So when| جاء - comes| أمر - (the) Command| الله - (of) Allah,| قضي - it will be decided| بالحق - in truth,| وخسر - and will lose| هنالك - there| المبطلون - the falsifiers.| | ||||||
| 4 [63:1] | Itha jaaka almunafiqoonaqaloo nashhadu innaka larasoolu Allahi waAllahuyaAAlamu innaka larasooluhu waAllahu yashhadu innaalmunafiqeena lakathiboona | إذا جاءك المنافقون قالوا نشهد إنك لرسول الله والله يعلم إنك لرسوله والله يشهد إن المنافقين لكاذبون إِذَا جَاءَكَ الْمُنَافِقُونَ قَالُوا نَشْهَدُ إِنَّكَ لَرَسُولُ اللَّهِ وَاللَّهُ يَعْلَمُ إِنَّكَ لَرَسُولُهُ وَاللَّهُ يَشْهَدُ إِنَّ الْمُنَافِقِينَ لَكَاذِبُونَ | |||||
| Words | |إذا - When| جاءك - come to you| المنافقون - the hypocrites,| قالوا - they say,| نشهد - "We testify| إنك - that you| لرسول - (are) surely (the) Messenger| الله - (of) Allah."| والله - And Allah| يعلم - knows| إنك - that you| لرسوله - (are) surely His Messenger,| والله - and Allah| يشهد - testifies| إن - that| المنافقين - the hypocrites| لكاذبون - (are) surely liars.| | ||||||
