| بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |

[17:75] | Ithan laathaqnaka diAAfaalhayati wadiAAfa almamati thumma latajidu laka AAalayna naseeran
|  إذا لأذقناك ضعف الحياة وضعف الممات ثم لا تجد لك علينا نصيرا
إِذاً لَّأَذَقْنَاكَ ضِعْفَ الْحَيَاةِ وَضِعْفَ الْمَمَاتِ ثُمَّ لاَ تَجِدُ لَكَ عَلَيْنَا نَصِيرًا |
| Words | |إذا - Then| لأذقناك - We (would) have made you taste| ضعف - double| الحياة - (in) the life,| وضعف - and double| الممات - (after) the death.| ثم - Then| لا - not| تجد - you (would) have found| لك - for you| علينا - against Us| نصيرا - any helper.| |
