| بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |

[3:140] | In yamsaskum qarhun faqad massaalqawma qarhun mithluhu watilka al-ayyamu nudawiluhabayna alnnasi waliyaAAlama Allahu allatheenaamanoo wayattakhitha minkum shuhadaa waAllahula yuhibbu alththalimeena
|  إن يمسسكم قرح فقد مس القوم قرح مثله وتلك الأيام نداولها بين الناس وليعلم الله الذين آمنوا ويتخذ منكم شهداء والله لا يحب الظالمين
إِن يَمْسَسْكُمْ قَرْحٌ فَقَدْ مَسَّ الْقَوْمَ قَرْحٌ مِّثْلُهُ وَتِلْكَ الْأَيَّامُ نُدَاوِلُهَا بَيْنَ النَّاسِ وَلِيَعْلَمَ اللّهُ الَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ وَيَتَّخِذَ مِنكُمْ شُهَدَاءَ وَاللّهُ لاَ يُحِبُّ الظَّالِمِينَ |
| Words | |إن - If| يمسسكم - touched you| قرح - a wound,| فقد - so certainly| مس - (has) touched| القوم - the people| قرح - wound| مثله - like it.| وتلك - And this| الأيام - [the] days| نداولها - We alternate them| بين - among| الناس - the people| وليعلم - [and] so that makes evident| الله - Allah| الذين - those who| آمنوا - believe[d]| ويتخذ - and take| منكم - from you| شهداء - martyrs.| والله - And Allah| لا - (does) not| يحب - love| الظالمين - the wrongdoers.| |
