| 1 [3:183] | Allatheena qaloo inna AllahaAAahida ilayna alla nu/mina lirasoolin hattaya/tiyana biqurbanin ta/kuluhu alnnaruqul qad jaakum rusulun min qablee bialbayyinatiwabiallathee qultum falima qataltumoohum in kutum sadiqeena |  الذين قالوا إن الله عهد إلينا ألا نؤمن لرسول حتى يأتينا بقربان تأكله النار قل قد جاءكم رسل من قبلي بالبينات وبالذي قلتم فلم قتلتموهم إن كنتم صادقينالَّذِينَ قَالُواْ إِنَّ اللّهَ عَهِدَ إِلَيْنَا أَلاَّ نُؤْمِنَ لِرَسُولٍ حَتَّى يَأْتِيَنَا بِقُرْبَانٍ تَأْكُلُهُ النَّارُ قُلْ قَدْ جَاءَكُمْ رُسُلٌ مِّن قَبْلِي بِالْبَيِّنَاتِ وَبِالَّذِي قُلْتُمْ فَلِمَ قَتَلْتُمُوهُمْ إِن كُنتُمْ صَادِقِينَ | |||||
| Words | |الذين - Those who| قالوا - said,| إن - "Indeed| الله - Allah| عهد - (has) taken promise| إلينا - from us| ألا - that not| نؤمن - we (should) believe| لرسول - in a Messenger| حتى - until| يأتينا - he brings to us| بقربان - a sacrifice -| تأكله - consumes it| النار - the fire."| قل - Say,| قد - "Surely| جاءكم - came to you| رسل - Messengers| من - from| قبلي - before me| بالبينات - with the clear Signs| وبالذي - and with what| قلتم - you speak.| فلم - So why| قتلتموهم - you killed them,| إن - if| كنتم - you are| صادقين - truthful.| | ||||||
| 2 [21:24] | Ami ittakhathoo min doonihi alihatanqul hatoo burhanakum hatha thikru manmaAAiya wathikru man qablee bal aktharuhum layaAAlamoona alhaqqa fahum muAAridoona | أم اتخذوا من دونه آلهة قل هاتوا برهانكم هذا ذكر من معي وذكر من قبلي بل أكثرهم لا يعلمون الحق فهم معرضون أَمِ اتَّخَذُوا مِن دُونِهِ آلِهَةً قُلْ هَاتُوا بُرْهَانَكُمْ هَذَا ذِكْرُ مَن مَّعِيَ وَذِكْرُ مَن قَبْلِي بَلْ أَكْثَرُهُمْ لَا يَعْلَمُونَ الْحَقَّ فَهُم مُّعْرِضُونَ | |||||
| Words | |أم - Or| اتخذوا - (have) they taken| من - besides Him| دونه - besides Him| آلهة - gods?| قل - Say,| هاتوا - "Bring| برهانكم - your proof.| هذا - This| ذكر - (is) a Reminder| من - (for those) who| معي - (are) with me,| وذكر - and a Reminder| من - (for those) who| قبلي - (were) before me."| بل - But| أكثرهم - most of them| لا - (do) not| يعلمون - know| الحق - the truth| فهم - so they| معرضون - (are) averse.| | ||||||
| 3 [46:17] | Waallathee qala liwalidayhioffin lakuma ataAAidaninee an okhraja waqad khalatialquroonu min qablee wahuma yastagheethani Allahawaylaka amin inna waAAda Allahi haqqunfayaqoolu ma hatha illa asateerual-awwaleena | والذي قال لوالديه أف لكما أتعدانني أن أخرج وقد خلت القرون من قبلي وهما يستغيثان الله ويلك آمن إن وعد الله حق فيقول ما هذا إلا أساطير الأولين وَالَّذِي قَالَ لِوَالِدَيْهِ أُفٍّ لَّكُمَا أَتَعِدَانِنِي أَنْ أُخْرَجَ وَقَدْ خَلَتِ الْقُرُونُ مِن قَبْلِي وَهُمَا يَسْتَغِيثَانِ اللَّهَ وَيْلَكَ آمِنْ إِنَّ وَعْدَ اللَّهِ حَقٌّ فَيَقُولُ مَا هَذَا إِلَّا أَسَاطِيرُ الْأَوَّلِينَ | |||||
| Words | |والذي - But the one who| قال - says| لوالديه - to his parents,| أف - "Uff| لكما - to both of you!| أتعدانني - Do you promise me| أن - that| أخرج - I will be brought forth,| وقد - and have already passed away| خلت - and have already passed away| القرون - the generations| من - before me?"| قبلي - before me?"| وهما - And they both| يستغيثان - seek help| الله - (of) Allah.| ويلك - "Woe to you!| آمن - Believe!| إن - Indeed,| وعد - (the) Promise| الله - (of) Allah| حق - (is) true."| فيقول - But he says,| ما - "Not| هذا - (is) this| إلا - but| أساطير - (the) stories| الأولين - (of) the former (people)."| | ||||||
