| 1 [11:28] | Qala ya qawmi araaytum inkuntu AAala bayyinatin min rabbee waataneerahmatan min AAindihi faAAummiyat AAalaykum anulzimukumoohawaantum laha karihoona |  قال يا قوم أرأيتم إن كنت على بينة من ربي وآتاني رحمة من عنده فعميت عليكم أنلزمكموها وأنتم لها كارهونقَالَ يَا قَوْمِ أَرَأَيْتُمْ إِن كُنتُ عَلَى بَيِّنَةٍ مِّن رَّبِّيَ وَآتَانِي رَحْمَةً مِّنْ عِندِهِ فَعُمِّيَتْ عَلَيْكُمْ أَنُلْزِمُكُمُوهَا وَأَنتُمْ لَهَا كَارِهُونَ | |||||
| Words | |قال - He said,| يا - O| قوم - "O my people!| أرأيتم - Do you see| إن - if| كنت - I was| على - on| بينة - (the) clear proof| من - from| ربي - my Lord,| وآتاني - while He has given me| رحمة - mercy| من - from| عنده - Himself| فعميت - but (it) has been obscured| عليكم - from you,| أنلزمكموها - should We compel you (to accept) it| وأنتم - while you (are)| لها - averse to it?| كارهون - averse to it?| | ||||||
| 2 [28:66] | FaAAamiyat AAalayhimu al-anbaoyawma-ithin fahum la yatasaaloona | فعميت عليهم الأنباء يومئذ فهم لا يتساءلون فَعَمِيَتْ عَلَيْهِمُ الْأَنبَاءُ يَوْمَئِذٍ فَهُمْ لَا يَتَسَاءَلُونَ | |||||
| Words | |فعميت - But (will) be obscure| عليهم - to them| الأنباء - the information| يومئذ - that day,| فهم - so they| لا - will not ask one another.| يتساءلون - will not ask one another.| | ||||||
