| 1 [2:198] | Laysa AAalaykum junahun an tabtaghoofadlan min rabbikum fa-itha afadtum minAAarafatin faothkuroo Allaha AAindaalmashAAari alharami waothkuroohu kamahadakum wa-in kuntum min qablihi lamina alddalleena |  ليس عليكم جناح أن تبتغوا فضلا من ربكم فإذا أفضتم من عرفات فاذكروا الله عند المشعر الحرام واذكروه كما هداكم وإن كنتم من قبله لمن الضالينلَيْسَ عَلَيْكُمْ جُنَاحٌ أَن تَبْتَغُواْ فَضْلاً مِّن رَّبِّكُمْ فَإِذَا أَفَضْتُم مِّنْ عَرَفَاتٍ فَاذْكُرُواْ اللّهَ عِندَ الْمَشْعَرِ الْحَرَامِ وَاذْكُرُوهُ كَمَا هَدَاكُمْ وَإِن كُنتُم مِّن قَبْلِهِ لَمِنَ الضَّآلِّينَ | |||||
| Words | |ليس - Not is| عليكم - on you| جناح - any sin| أن - that| تبتغوا - you seek| فضلا - bounty| من - from| ربكم - your Lord.| فإذا - And when| أفضتم - you depart| من - from| عرفات - (Mount) Arafat| فاذكروا - then remember| الله - Allah| عند - near| المشعر - the Monument| الحرام - [the] Sacred.| واذكروه - And remember Him| كما - as| هداكم - He (has) guided you,| وإن - [and] though| كنتم - you were| من - [from]| قبله - before [it],| لمن - surely among| الضالين - those who went astray.| | ||||||
| 2 [2:200] | Fa-itha qadaytum manasikakumfaothkuroo Allaha kathikrikum abaakumaw ashadda thikran famina alnnasi manyaqoolu rabbana atina fee alddunyawama lahu fee al-akhirati min khalaqin | فإذا قضيتم مناسككم فاذكروا الله كذكركم آباءكم أو أشد ذكرا فمن الناس من يقول ربنا آتنا في الدنيا وما له في الآخرة من خلاق فَإِذَا قَضَيْتُم مَّنَاسِكَكُمْ فَاذْكُرُواْ اللّهَ كَذِكْرِكُمْ آبَاءَكُمْ أَوْ أَشَدَّ ذِكْرًا فَمِنَ النَّاسِ مَن يَقُولُ رَبَّنَا آتِنَا فِي الدُّنْيَا وَمَا لَهُ فِي الْآخِرَةِ مِنْ خَلاَقٍ | |||||
| Words | |فإذا - Then when| قضيتم - you complete[d]| مناسككم - your acts of worship| فاذكروا - then remember| الله - Allah| كذكركم - as you remember| آباءكم - your forefathers| أو - or| أشد - (with) greater| ذكرا - remembrance.| فمن - And from| الناس - the people| من - who| يقول - say,| ربنا - "Our Lord!| آتنا - Grant us| في - in| الدنيا - the world."| وما - And not| له - for him| في - in| الآخرة - the Hereafter| من - [of]| خلاق - any share.| | ||||||
| 3 [2:239] | Fa-in khiftum farijalan aw rukbananfa-itha amintum faothkuroo Allaha kamaAAallamakum ma lam takoonoo taAAlamoona | فإن خفتم فرجالا أو ركبانا فإذا أمنتم فاذكروا الله كما علمكم ما لم تكونوا تعلمون فَإنْ خِفْتُمْ فَرِجَالاً أَوْ رُكْبَانًا فَإِذَا أَمِنتُمْ فَاذْكُرُواْ اللّهَ كَمَا عَلَّمَكُم مَّا لَمْ تَكُونُواْ تَعْلَمُونَ | |||||
| Words | |فإن - And if| خفتم - you fear| فرجالا - then (pray) on foot| أو - or| ركبانا - riding.| فإذا - Then when| أمنتم - you are secure| فاذكروا - then remember| الله - Allah| كما - as| علمكم - He (has) taught you| ما - what| لم - not| تكونوا - you were| تعلمون - knowing.| | ||||||
| 4 [4:103] | Fa-itha qadaytumu alssalatafaothkuroo Allaha qiyaman waquAAoodanwaAAala junoobikum fa-itha itma/nantumfaaqeemoo alssalata inna alssalatakanat AAala almu/mineena kitaban mawqootan | فإذا قضيتم الصلاة فاذكروا الله قياما وقعودا وعلى جنوبكم فإذا اطمأننتم فأقيموا الصلاة إن الصلاة كانت على المؤمنين كتابا موقوتا فَإِذَا قَضَيْتُمُ الصَّلاَةَ فَاذْكُرُواْ اللّهَ قِيَامًا وَقُعُودًا وَعَلَى جُنُوبِكُمْ فَإِذَا اطْمَأْنَنتُمْ فَأَقِيمُواْ الصَّلاَةَ إِنَّ الصَّلاَةَ كَانَتْ عَلَى الْمُؤْمِنِينَ كِتَابًا مَّوْقُوتًا | |||||
| Words | |فإذا - Then when| قضيتم - you (have) finished| الصلاة - the prayer,| فاذكروا - then remember| الله - Allah| قياما - standing| وقعودا - and sitting| وعلى - and (lying) on| جنوبكم - your sides.| فإذا - But when| اطمأننتم - you are secure| فأقيموا - then establish| الصلاة - the (regular) prayer.| إن - Indeed,| الصلاة - the prayer| كانت - is| على - on| المؤمنين - the believers| كتابا - prescribed| موقوتا - (at) fixed times.| | ||||||
| 5 [7:69] | Awa AAajibtum an jaakum thikrunmin rabbikum AAala rajulin minkum liyunthirakum waothkurooith jaAAalakum khulafaa min baAAdi qawmi noohinwazadakum fee alkhalqi bastatan faothkurooalaa Allahi laAAallakum tuflihoona | أوعجبتم أن جاءكم ذكر من ربكم على رجل منكم لينذركم واذكروا إذ جعلكم خلفاء من بعد قوم نوح وزادكم في الخلق بسطة فاذكروا آلاء الله لعلكم تفلحون أَوَعَجِبْتُمْ أَن جَاءَكُمْ ذِكْرٌ مِّن رَّبِّكُمْ عَلَى رَجُلٍ مِّنكُمْ لِيُنذِرَكُمْ وَاذكُرُواْ إِذْ جَعَلَكُمْ خُلَفَاءَ مِن بَعْدِ قَوْمِ نُوحٍ وَزَادَكُمْ فِي الْخَلْقِ بَسْطَةً فَاذْكُرُواْ آلاَءَ اللّهِ لَعَلَّكُمْ تُفْلِحُونَ | |||||
| Words | |أوعجبتم - Do you wonder| أن - that| جاءكم - has come to you| ذكر - a reminder| من - from| ربكم - your Lord| على - on| رجل - a man| منكم - among you| لينذركم - that he may warn you?| واذكروا - And remember| إذ - when| جعلكم - He made you| خلفاء - successors| من - from| بعد - after| قوم - (the) people| نوح - (of) Nuh,| وزادكم - and increased you| في - in| الخلق - the stature| بسطة - extensively.| فاذكروا - So remember| آلاء - (the) Bounties| الله - (of) Allah| لعلكم - so that you may| تفلحون - succeed."| | ||||||
| 6 [7:74] | Waothkuroo ithjaAAalakum khulafaa min baAAdi AAadin wabawwaakumfee al-ardi tattakhithoona min suhooliha qusooranwatanhitoona aljibala buyootan faothkurooalaa Allahi wala taAAthaw fee al-ardimufsideena | واذكروا إذ جعلكم خلفاء من بعد عاد وبوأكم في الأرض تتخذون من سهولها قصورا وتنحتون الجبال بيوتا فاذكروا آلاء الله ولا تعثوا في الأرض مفسدين وَاذْكُرُواْ إِذْ جَعَلَكُمْ خُلَفَاءَ مِن بَعْدِ عَادٍ وَبَوَّأَكُمْ فِي الْأَرْضِ تَتَّخِذُونَ مِن سُهُولِهَا قُصُورًا وَتَنْحِتُونَ الْجِبَالَ بُيُوتًا فَاذْكُرُواْ آلاَءَ اللّهِ وَلاَ تَعْثَوْا فِي الْأَرْضِ مُفْسِدِينَ | |||||
| Words | |واذكروا - And remember| إذ - when| جعلكم - He made you| خلفاء - successors| من - from| بعد - after| عاد - Aad,| وبوأكم - and settled you| في - in| الأرض - the earth.| تتخذون - You take| من - from| سهولها - its plains| قصورا - palaces| وتنحتون - and you carve out| الجبال - the mountains| بيوتا - (as) homes.| فاذكروا - So remember| آلاء - (the) Bounties| الله - (of) Allah| ولا - and (do) not| تعثوا - act wickedly| في - in| الأرض - (the) earth| مفسدين - spreading corruption.| | ||||||
| 7 [22:36] | Waalbudna jaAAalnahalakum min shaAAa-iri Allahi lakum feehakhayrun faothkuroo isma Allahi AAalayhasawaffa fa-itha wajabat junoobuhafakuloo minha waatAAimoo alqaniAAa waalmuAAtarrakathalika sakhkharnaha lakum laAAallakumtashkuroona | والبدن جعلناها لكم من شعائر الله لكم فيها خير فاذكروا اسم الله عليها صواف فإذا وجبت جنوبها فكلوا منها وأطعموا القانع والمعتر كذلك سخرناها لكم لعلكم تشكرون وَالْبُدْنَ جَعَلْنَاهَا لَكُم مِّن شَعَائِرِ اللَّهِ لَكُمْ فِيهَا خَيْرٌ فَاذْكُرُوا اسْمَ اللَّهِ عَلَيْهَا صَوَافَّ فَإِذَا وَجَبَتْ جُنُوبُهَا فَكُلُوا مِنْهَا وَأَطْعِمُوا الْقَانِعَ وَالْمُعْتَرَّ كَذَلِكَ سَخَّرْنَاهَا لَكُمْ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَشْكُرُونَ | |||||
| Words | |والبدن - And the camels and cattle -| جعلناها - We have made them| لكم - for you| من - among| شعائر - (the) Symbols| الله - (of) Allah,| لكم - for you| فيها - therein| خير - (is) good.| فاذكروا - So mention| اسم - (the) name| الله - (of) Allah| عليها - over them| صواف - (when) lined up;| فإذا - and when| وجبت - are down| جنوبها - their sides,| فكلوا - then eat| منها - from them| وأطعموا - and feed| القانع - the needy who do not ask| والمعتر - and the needy who ask.| كذلك - Thus| سخرناها - We have subjected them| لكم - to you| لعلكم - so that you may| تشكرون - be grateful.| | ||||||
