| 1 [7:89] | Qadi iftarayna AAala Allahikathiban in AAudna fee millatikum baAAda ithnajjana Allahu minha wamayakoonu lana an naAAooda feeha illa an yashaaAllahu rabbuna wasiAAa rabbuna kulla shay-inAAilman AAala Allahi tawakkalna rabbanaiftah baynana wabayna qawmina bialhaqqiwaanta khayru alfatiheena |  قد افترينا على الله كذبا إن عدنا في ملتكم بعد إذ نجانا الله منها وما يكون لنا أن نعود فيها إلا أن يشاء الله ربنا وسع ربنا كل شيء علما على الله توكلنا ربنا افتح بيننا وبين قومنا بالحق وأنت خير الفاتحينقَدِ افْتَرَيْنَا عَلَى اللّهِ كَذِبًا إِنْ عُدْنَا فِي مِلَّتِكُم بَعْدَ إِذْ نَجَّانَا اللّهُ مِنْهَا وَمَا يَكُونُ لَنَا أَن نَّعُودَ فِيهَا إِلاَّ أَن يَشَاءَ اللّهُ رَبُّنَا وَسِعَ رَبُّنَا كُلَّ شَيْءٍ عِلْمًا عَلَى اللّهِ تَوَكَّلْنَا رَبَّنَا افْتَحْ بَيْنَنَا وَبَيْنَ قَوْمِنَا بِالْحَقِّ وَأَنتَ خَيْرُ الْفَاتِحِينَ | |||||
| Words | |قد - Verily,| افترينا - we would have fabricated| على - against| الله - Allah| كذبا - a lie| إن - if| عدنا - we returned| في - in| ملتكم - your religion| بعد - after| إذ - [when]| نجانا - saved us| الله - Allah| منها - from it.| وما - And not| يكون - it is| لنا - for us| أن - that| نعود - we return| فيها - in it| إلا - except| أن - that| يشاء - wills| الله - Allah -| ربنا - our Lord.| وسع - Encompasses| ربنا - (by) Our Lord| كل - every| شيء - thing| علما - (in) knowledge.| على - Upon| الله - Allah| توكلنا - we put our trust.| ربنا - Our Lord!| افتح - Decide| بيننا - between us| وبين - and between| قومنا - our people| بالحق - in truth| وأنت - and You| خير - (are the) Best| الفاتحين - (of) those who Decide."| | ||||||
| 2 [10:85] | Faqaloo AAala Allahitawakkalna rabbana la tajAAalnafitnatan lilqawmi alththalimeena | فقالوا على الله توكلنا ربنا لا تجعلنا فتنة للقوم الظالمين فَقَالُواْ عَلَى اللّهِ تَوَكَّلْنَا رَبَّنَا لاَ تَجْعَلْنَا فِتْنَةً لِّلْقَوْمِ الظَّالِمِينَ | |||||
| Words | |فقالوا - Then they said,| على - "Upon| الله - Allah| توكلنا - we put our trust.| ربنا - Our Lord!| لا - (Do) not| تجعلنا - make us| فتنة - a trial| للقوم - for the people -| الظالمين - the wrongdoers.| | ||||||
| 3 [60:4] | Qad kanat lakum oswatun hasanatunfee ibraheema waallatheena maAAahu ithqaloo liqawmihim inna buraao minkum wamimmataAAbudoona min dooni Allahi kafarna bikum wabadabaynana wabaynakumu alAAadawatu waalbaghdaoabadan hatta tu/minoo biAllahi wahdahuilla qawla ibraheema li-abeehi laastaghfiranna lakawama amliku laka mina Allahi min shay-in rabbanaAAalayka tawakkalna wa-ilayka anabna wa-ilayka almaseeru | قد كانت لكم أسوة حسنة في إبراهيم والذين معه إذ قالوا لقومهم إنا برآء منكم ومما تعبدون من دون الله كفرنا بكم وبدا بيننا وبينكم العداوة والبغضاء أبدا حتى تؤمنوا بالله وحده إلا قول إبراهيم لأبيه لأستغفرن لك وما أملك لك من الله من شيء ربنا عليك توكلنا وإليك أنبنا وإليك المصير قَدْ كَانَتْ لَكُمْ أُسْوَةٌ حَسَنَةٌ فِي إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَالَّذِينَ مَعَهُ إِذْ قَالُوا لِقَوْمِهِمْ إِنَّا بُرَءَاؤُا مِنكُمْ وَمِمَّا تَعْبُدُونَ مِن دُونِ اللَّهِ كَفَرْنَا بِكُمْ وَبَدَا بَيْنَنَا وَبَيْنَكُمُ الْعَدَاوَةُ وَالْبَغْضَاءُ أَبَدًا حَتَّى تُؤْمِنُوا بِاللَّهِ وَحْدَهُ إِلَّا قَوْلَ إِبْرَاهِيمَ لِأَبِيهِ لَأَسْتَغْفِرَنَّ لَكَ وَمَا أَمْلِكُ لَكَ مِنَ اللَّهِ مِن شَيْءٍ رَّبَّنَا عَلَيْكَ تَوَكَّلْنَا وَإِلَيْكَ أَنَبْنَا وَإِلَيْكَ الْمَصِيرُ | |||||
| Words | |قد - Indeed,| كانت - (there) is| لكم - for you| أسوة - an example| حسنة - good| في - in| إبراهيم - Ibrahim| والذين - and those| معه - with him,| إذ - when| قالوا - they said| لقومهم - to their people,| إنا - "Indeed, we| برآء - (are) disassociated| منكم - from you| ومما - and from what| تعبدون - you worship| من - from| دون - besides| الله - Allah.| كفرنا - We have denied| بكم - you,| وبدا - and has appeared| بيننا - between us| وبينكم - and between you| العداوة - enmity| والبغضاء - and hatred| أبدا - forever| حتى - until| تؤمنوا - you believe| بالله - in Allah| وحده - Alone."| إلا - Except| قول - (the) saying| إبراهيم - (of) Ibrahim| لأبيه - to his father,| لأستغفرن - "Surely I ask forgiveness| لك - for you,| وما - but not| أملك - I have power| لك - for you| من - from| الله - Allah| من - of| شيء - anything.| ربنا - Our Lord,| عليك - upon You| توكلنا - we put our trust,| وإليك - and to You| أنبنا - we turn,| وإليك - and to You| المصير - (is) the final return.| | ||||||
| 4 [67:29] | Qul huwa alrrahmanu amannabihi waAAalayhi tawakkalna fasataAAlamoona man huwa fee dalalinmubeenin | قل هو الرحمن آمنا به وعليه توكلنا فستعلمون من هو في ضلال مبين قُلْ هُوَ الرَّحْمَنُ آمَنَّا بِهِ وَعَلَيْهِ تَوَكَّلْنَا فَسَتَعْلَمُونَ مَنْ هُوَ فِي ضَلَالٍ مُّبِينٍ | |||||
