| 1 [2:24] | Fa-in lam tafAAaloo walan tafAAaloo faittaqooalnnara allatee waqooduha alnnasuwaalhijaratu oAAiddat lilkafireena |  فإن لم تفعلوا ولن تفعلوا فاتقوا النار التي وقودها الناس والحجارة أعدت للكافرينفَإِن لَّمْ تَفْعَلُواْ وَلَن تَفْعَلُواْ فَاتَّقُواْ النَّارَ الَّتِي وَقُودُهَا النَّاسُ وَالْحِجَارَةُ أُعِدَّتْ لِلْكَافِرِينَ | |||||
| Words | |فإن - But if| لم - not| تفعلوا - you do,| ولن - and never| تفعلوا - will you do,| فاتقوا - then fear| النار - the Fire| التي - whose| وقودها - [its] fuel| الناس - (is) [the] men| والحجارة - and [the] stones,| أعدت - prepared| للكافرين - for the disbelievers.| | ||||||
| 2 [2:197] | Alhajju ashhurun maAAloomatunfaman farada feehinna alhajja fala rafathawala fusooqa wala jidala fee alhajjiwama tafAAaloo min khayrin yaAAlamhu Allahuwatazawwadoo fa-inna khayra alzzadi alttaqwawaittaqooni ya olee al-albabi | الحج أشهر معلومات فمن فرض فيهن الحج فلا رفث ولا فسوق ولا جدال في الحج وما تفعلوا من خير يعلمه الله وتزودوا فإن خير الزاد التقوى واتقون يا أولي الألباب الْحَجُّ أَشْهُرٌ مَّعْلُومَاتٌ فَمَن فَرَضَ فِيهِنَّ الْحَجَّ فَلاَ رَفَثَ وَلاَ فُسُوقَ وَلاَ جِدَالَ فِي الْحَجِّ وَمَا تَفْعَلُواْ مِنْ خَيْرٍ يَعْلَمْهُ اللّهُ وَتَزَوَّدُواْ فَإِنَّ خَيْرَ الزَّادِ التَّقْوَى وَاتَّقُونِ يَا أُوْلِي الْأَلْبَابِ | |||||
| Words | |الحج - (For) the Hajj| أشهر - (are) months| معلومات - well known,| فمن - then whoever| فرض - undertakes| فيهن - therein| الحج - the Hajj| فلا - then no| رفث - sexual relations| ولا - and no| فسوق - wickedness| ولا - and no| جدال - quarrelling| في - during| الحج - the Hajj.| وما - And whatever| تفعلوا - you do| من - of| خير - good| يعلمه - knows it| الله - Allah.| وتزودوا - And take provision,| فإن - (but) indeed,| خير - (the) best| الزاد - provision| التقوى - (is) righteousness.| واتقون - And fear Me,| يا - O| أولي - O men| الألباب - (of) understanding!| | ||||||
| 3 [2:215] | Yas-aloonaka matha yunfiqoona qul maanfaqtum min khayrin falilwalidayni waal-aqrabeenawaalyatama waalmasakeeni waibnialssabeeli wama tafAAaloo min khayrin fa-inna Allahabihi AAaleemun | يسألونك ماذا ينفقون قل ما أنفقتم من خير فللوالدين والأقربين واليتامى والمساكين وابن السبيل وما تفعلوا من خير فإن الله به عليم يَسْأَلُونَكَ مَاذَا يُنفِقُونَ قُلْ مَا أَنفَقْتُم مِّنْ خَيْرٍ فَلِلْوَالِدَيْنِ وَالأَقْرَبِينَ وَالْيَتَامَى وَالْمَسَاكِينِ وَابْنِ السَّبِيلِ وَمَا تَفْعَلُواْ مِنْ خَيْرٍ فَإِنَّ اللّهَ بِهِ عَلِيمٌ | |||||
| Words | |يسألونك - They ask you| ماذا - what| ينفقون - they (should) spend.| قل - Say,| ما - "Whatever| أنفقتم - you spend| من - of| خير - good,| فللوالدين - (is) for parents,| والأقربين - and the relatives,| واليتامى - and the orphans,| والمساكين - and the needy,| وابن - and (of)| السبيل - the wayfarer.| وما - And whatever| تفعلوا - you do| من - of| خير - good.| فإن - So indeed,| الله - Allah| به - of it| عليم - (is) All-Aware.| | ||||||
| 4 [2:279] | Fa-in lam tafAAaloo fa/thanoo biharbinmina Allahi warasoolihi wa-in tubtum falakum ruoosu amwalikumla tathlimoona wala tuthlamoona | فإن لم تفعلوا فأذنوا بحرب من الله ورسوله وإن تبتم فلكم رءوس أموالكم لا تظلمون ولا تظلمون فَإِن لَّمْ تَفْعَلُواْ فَأْذَنُواْ بِحَرْبٍ مِّنَ اللّهِ وَرَسُولِهِ وَإِن تُبْتُمْ فَلَكُمْ رُؤُوسُ أَمْوَالِكُمْ لاَ تَظْلِمُونَ وَلاَ تُظْلَمُونَ | |||||
| Words | |فإن - And if| لم - not| تفعلوا - you do,| فأذنوا - then be informed| بحرب - of a war| من - from| الله - Allah| ورسوله - and His Messenger.| وإن - And if| تبتم - you repent| فلكم - then for you| رءوس - (is)| أموالكم - your capital -| لا - (do) not| تظلمون - wrong| ولا - and not| تظلمون - you will be wronged.| | ||||||
| 5 [2:282] | Ya ayyuha allatheena amanooitha tadayantum bidaynin ila ajalin musammanfaoktuboohu walyaktub baynakum katibun bialAAadliwala ya/ba katibun an yaktuba kamaAAallamahu Allahu falyaktub walyumlili allatheeAAalayhi alhaqqu walyattaqi Allaha rabbahu walayabkhas minhu shay-an fa-in kana allathee AAalayhialhaqqu safeehan aw daAAeefan aw la yastateeAAuan yumilla huwa falyumlil waliyyuhu bialAAadli waistashhidooshaheedayni min rijalikum fa-in lam yakoonarajulayni farajulun waimraatani mimman tardawnamina alshshuhada-i an tadilla ihdahumafatuthakkira ihdahuma al-okhrawala ya/ba alshshuhadao itha maduAAoo wala tas-amoo an taktuboohu sagheeran awkabeeran ila ajalihi thalikum aqsatu AAindaAllahi waaqwamu lilshshahadati waadnaalla tartaboo illa an takoona tijaratanhadiratan tudeeroonaha baynakum falaysa AAalaykumjunahun alla taktubooha waashhidoo ithatabayaAAtum wala yudarra katibun walashaheedun wa-in tafAAaloo fa-innahu fusooqun bikum waittaqooAllaha wayuAAallimukumu Allahu waAllahubikulli shay-in AAaleemun | يا أيها الذين آمنوا إذا تداينتم بدين إلى أجل مسمى فاكتبوه وليكتب بينكم كاتب بالعدل ولا يأب كاتب أن يكتب كما علمه الله فليكتب وليملل الذي عليه الحق وليتق الله ربه ولا يبخس منه شيئا فإن كان الذي عليه الحق سفيها أو ضعيفا أو لا يستطيع أن يمل هو فليملل وليه بالعدل واستشهدوا شهيدين من رجالكم فإن لم يكونا رجلين فرجل وامرأتان ممن ترضون من الشهداء أن تضل إحداهما فتذكر إحداهما الأخرى ولا يأب الشهداء إذا ما دعوا ولا تسأموا أن تكتبوه صغيرا أو كبيرا إلى أجله ذلكم أقسط عند الله وأقوم للشهادة وأدنى ألا ترتابوا إلا أن تكون تجارة حاضرة تديرونها بينكم فليس عليكم جناح ألا تكتبوها وأشهدوا إذا تبايعتم ولا يضار كاتب ولا شهيد وإن تفعلوا فإنه فسوق بكم واتقوا الله ويعلمكم الله والله بكل شيء عليم يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ إِذَا تَدَايَنتُم بِدَيْنٍ إِلَى أَجَلٍ مُّسَمًّى فَاكْتُبُوهُ وَلْيَكْتُب بَّيْنَكُمْ كَاتِبٌ بِالْعَدْلِ وَلاَ يَأْبَ كَاتِبٌ أَنْ يَكْتُبَ كَمَا عَلَّمَهُ اللّهُ فَلْيَكْتُبْ وَلْيُمْلِلِ الَّذِي عَلَيْهِ الْحَقُّ وَلْيَتَّقِ اللّهَ رَبَّهُ وَلاَ يَبْخَسْ مِنْهُ شَيْئًا فَإِن كَانَ الَّذِي عَلَيْهِ الْحَقُّ سَفِيهًا أَوْ ضَعِيفًا أَوْ لاَ يَسْتَطِيعُ أَن يُمِلَّ هُوَ فَلْيُمْلِلْ وَلِيُّهُ بِالْعَدْلِ وَاسْتَشْهِدُواْ شَهِيدَيْنِ من رِّجَالِكُمْ فَإِن لَّمْ يَكُونَا رَجُلَيْنِ فَرَجُلٌ وَامْرَأَتَانِ مِمَّن تَرْضَوْنَ مِنَ الشُّهَدَاءِ أَن تَضِلَّ إحْدَاهُمَا فَتُذَكِّرَ إِحْدَاهُمَا الأُخْرَى وَلاَ يَأْبَ الشُّهَدَاءُ إِذَا مَا دُعُواْ وَلاَ تَسْأَمُوْاْ أَن تَكْتُبُوْهُ صَغِيرًا أَو كَبِيرًا إِلَى أَجَلِهِ ذَلِكُمْ أَقْسَطُ عِندَ اللّهِ وَأَقْومُ لِلشَّهَادَةِ وَأَدْنَى أَلاَّ تَرْتَابُواْ إِلاَّ أَن تَكُونَ تِجَارَةً حَاضِرَةً تُدِيرُونَهَا بَيْنَكُمْ فَلَيْسَ عَلَيْكُمْ جُنَاحٌ أَلاَّ تَكْتُبُوهَا وَأَشْهِدُوْاْ إِذَا تَبَايَعْتُمْ وَلاَ يُضَآرَّ كَاتِبٌ وَلاَ شَهِيدٌ وَإِن تَفْعَلُواْ فَإِنَّهُ فُسُوقٌ بِكُمْ وَاتَّقُواْ اللّهَ وَيُعَلِّمُكُمُ اللّهُ وَاللّهُ بِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ عَلِيمٌ | |||||
| Words | |يا - O| أيها - O you| الذين - who| آمنوا - believe[d]!| إذا - When| تداينتم - you contract with one another| بدين - any debt| إلى - for| أجل - a term| مسمى - fixed| فاكتبوه - then write it.| وليكتب - And let write| بينكم - between you| كاتب - a scribe| بالعدل - in justice.| ولا - And not| يأب - (should) refuse| كاتب - a scribe| أن - that| يكتب - he writes| كما - as| علمه - (has) taught him| الله - Allah.| فليكتب - So let him write| وليملل - and let dictate| الذي - the one| عليه - on whom| الحق - (is) the right| وليتق - and let him fear| الله - Allah,| ربه - his Lord,| ولا - and (let him) not| يبخس - diminish| منه - from it| شيئا - anything.| فإن - Then if| كان - is| الذي - the one| عليه - on him| الحق - (is) the right,| سفيها - (of) limited understanding,| أو - or| ضعيفا - weak,| أو - or| لا - not| يستطيع - capable| أن - that| يمل - (can) dictate| هو - he,| فليملل - then let dictate| وليه - his guardian| بالعدل - with justice.| واستشهدوا - And call for evidence| شهيدين - two witnesses| من - among| رجالكم - your men.| فإن - And if| لم - not| يكونا - there are| رجلين - two men| فرجل - then one man| وامرأتان - and two women| ممن - of whom| ترضون - you agree| من - of| الشهداء - [the] witnesses,| أن - (so) that (if)| تضل - [she] errs,| إحداهما - one of the two,| فتذكر - then will remind| إحداهما - one of the two| الأخرى - the other.| ولا - And not| يأب - (should) refuse| الشهداء - the witnesses| إذا - when| ما - that| دعوا - they are called.| ولا - And not| تسأموا - (be) weary| أن - that| تكتبوه - you write it -| صغيرا - small| أو - or| كبيرا - large| إلى - for| أجله - its term.| ذلكم - That| أقسط - (is) more just| عند - near| الله - Allah,| وأقوم - and more upright| للشهادة - for evidence| وأدنى - and nearer| ألا - that not| ترتابوا - you (have) doubt,| إلا - except| أن - that| تكون - be| تجارة - a transaction| حاضرة - present,| تديرونها - you carry out| بينكم - among you,| فليس - then not| عليكم - on you| جناح - any sin| ألا - that not| تكتبوها - you write it.| وأشهدوا - And take witness| إذا - when| تبايعتم - you make commercial transaction.| ولا - And not| يضار - (should) be harmed| كاتب - (the) scribe| ولا - and not| شهيد - (the) witness,| وإن - and if| تفعلوا - you do,| فإنه - then indeed it| فسوق - (is) sinful conduct| بكم - for you,| واتقوا - and fear| الله - Allah.| ويعلمكم - And teaches| الله - Allah.| والله - And Allah| بكل - of every| شيء - thing| عليم - (is) All-Knower.| | ||||||
| 6 [4:127] | Wayastaftoonaka fee alnnisa-iquli Allahu yufteekum feehinna wama yutlaAAalaykum fee alkitabi fee yatama alnnisa-iallatee la tu/toonahunna ma kutiba lahunnawatarghaboona an tankihoohunna waalmustadAAafeenamina alwildani waan taqoomoo lilyatama bialqistiwama tafAAaloo min khayrin fa-inna Allaha kanabihi AAaleeman | ويستفتونك في النساء قل الله يفتيكم فيهن وما يتلى عليكم في الكتاب في يتامى النساء اللاتي لا تؤتونهن ما كتب لهن وترغبون أن تنكحوهن والمستضعفين من الولدان وأن تقوموا لليتامى بالقسط وما تفعلوا من خير فإن الله كان به عليما وَيَسْتَفْتُونَكَ فِي النِّسَاءِ قُلِ اللّهُ يُفْتِيكُمْ فِيهِنَّ وَمَا يُتْلَى عَلَيْكُمْ فِي الْكِتَابِ فِي يَتَامَى النِّسَاءِ الَّاتِي لاَ تُؤْتُونَهُنَّ مَا كُتِبَ لَهُنَّ وَتَرْغَبُونَ أَن تَنكِحُوهُنَّ وَالْمُسْتَضْعَفِينَ مِنَ الْوِلْدَانِ وَأَن تَقُومُواْ لِلْيَتَامَى بِالْقِسْطِ وَمَا تَفْعَلُواْ مِنْ خَيْرٍ فَإِنَّ اللّهَ كَانَ بِهِ عَلِيمًا | |||||
| Words | |ويستفتونك - And they seek your ruling| في - concerning| النساء - the women.| قل - Say,| الله - "Allah| يفتيكم - gives you the ruling| فيهن - about them| وما - and what| يتلى - is recited| عليكم - to you| في - in| الكتاب - the Book| في - concerning| يتامى - orphans| النساء - (of) girls| اللاتي - (to) whom| لا - not| تؤتونهن - (do) you give them| ما - what| كتب - is ordained| لهن - for them| وترغبون - and you desire| أن - to| تنكحوهن - marry them,| والمستضعفين - and the ones who are weak| من - of| الولدان - the children| وأن - and to| تقوموا - stand| لليتامى - for orphans| بالقسط - with justice.| وما - And whatever| تفعلوا - you do| من - of| خير - good| فإن - then indeed,| الله - Allah| كان - is| به - about it| عليما - All-Knowing.| | ||||||
| 7 [33:6] | Alnnabiyyu awla bialmu/mineenamin anfusihim waazwajuhu ommahatuhum waoloo al-arhamibaAAduhum awla bibaAAdin fee kitabiAllahi mina almu/mineena waalmuhajireena illaan tafAAaloo ila awliya-ikum maAAroofan kanathalika fee alkitabi mastooran | النبي أولى بالمؤمنين من أنفسهم وأزواجه أمهاتهم وأولو الأرحام بعضهم أولى ببعض في كتاب الله من المؤمنين والمهاجرين إلا أن تفعلوا إلى أوليائكم معروفا كان ذلك في الكتاب مسطورا النَّبِيُّ أَوْلَى بِالْمُؤْمِنِينَ مِنْ أَنفُسِهِمْ وَأَزْوَاجُهُ أُمَّهَاتُهُمْ وَأُوْلُواْ الْأَرْحَامِ بَعْضُهُمْ أَوْلَى بِبَعْضٍ فِي كِتَابِ اللَّهِ مِنَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَالْمُهَاجِرِينَ إِلَّا أَن تَفْعَلُوا إِلَى أَوْلِيَائِكُم مَّعْرُوفًا كَانَ ذَلِكَ فِي الْكِتَابِ مَسْطُورًا | |||||
| Words | |النبي - The Prophet| أولى - (is) closer| بالمؤمنين - to the believers| من - than| أنفسهم - their own selves,| وأزواجه - and his wives| أمهاتهم - (are) their mothers.| وأولو - And possessors| الأرحام - (of) relationships,| بعضهم - some of them| أولى - (are) closer| ببعض - to another| في - in| كتاب - (the) Decree| الله - (of) Allah| من - than| المؤمنين - the believers| والمهاجرين - and the emigrants,| إلا - except| أن - that| تفعلوا - you do| إلى - to| أوليائكم - your friends| معروفا - a kindness.| كان - That is| ذلك - That is| في - in| الكتاب - the Book| مسطورا - written.| | ||||||
| 8 [58:13] | Aashfaqtum an tuqaddimoo bayna yaday najwakumsadaqatin fa-ith lam tafAAaloo watabaAllahu AAalaykum faaqeemoo alssalatawaatoo alzzakata waateeAAoo Allahawarasoolahu waAllahu khabeerun bimataAAmaloona | أأشفقتم أن تقدموا بين يدي نجواكم صدقات فإذ لم تفعلوا وتاب الله عليكم فأقيموا الصلاة وآتوا الزكاة وأطيعوا الله ورسوله والله خبير بما تعملون أَأَشْفَقْتُمْ أَن تُقَدِّمُوا بَيْنَ يَدَيْ نَجْوَاكُمْ صَدَقَاتٍ فَإِذْ لَمْ تَفْعَلُوا وَتَابَ اللَّهُ عَلَيْكُمْ فَأَقِيمُوا الصَّلَاةَ وَآتُوا الزَّكَاةَ وَأَطِيعُوا اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ وَاللَّهُ خَبِيرٌ بِمَا تَعْمَلُونَ | |||||
| Words | |أأشفقتم - Are you afraid| أن - to| تقدموا - offer| بين - before| يدي - before| نجواكم - your private consultation| صدقات - charities?| فإذ - Then when| لم - you do not| تفعلوا - you do not| وتاب - and Allah has forgiven| الله - and Allah has forgiven| عليكم - you,| فأقيموا - then establish| الصلاة - the prayer| وآتوا - and give| الزكاة - the zakah,| وأطيعوا - and obey| الله - Allah| ورسوله - and His Messenger.| والله - And Allah| خبير - (is) All-Aware| بما - of what| تعملون - you do.| | ||||||
