| 1 [3:7] | Huwa allathee anzala AAalayka alkitabaminhu ayatun muhkamatun hunna ommualkitabi waokharu mutashabihatun faammaallatheena fee quloobihim zayghun fayattabiAAoona matashabaha minhu ibtighaa alfitnati waibtighaata/weelihi wama yaAAlamu ta/weelahu illa Allahuwaalrrasikhoona fee alAAilmi yaqooloona amannabihi kullun min AAindi rabbina wama yaththakkaruilla oloo al-albabi |  هو الذي أنزل عليك الكتاب منه آيات محكمات هن أم الكتاب وأخر متشابهات فأما الذين في قلوبهم زيغ فيتبعون ما تشابه منه ابتغاء الفتنة وابتغاء تأويله وما يعلم تأويله إلا الله والراسخون في العلم يقولون آمنا به كل من عند ربنا وما يذكر إلا أولو الألبابهُوَ الَّذِي أَنزَلَ عَلَيْكَ الْكِتَابَ مِنْهُ آيَاتٌ مُّحْكَمَاتٌ هُنَّ أُمُّ الْكِتَابِ وَأُخَرُ مُتَشَابِهَاتٌ فَأَمَّا الَّذِينَ فِي قُلُوبِهِمْ زَيْغٌ فَيَتَّبِعُونَ مَا تَشَابَهَ مِنْهُ ابْتِغَاءَ الْفِتْنَةِ وَابْتِغَاءَ تَأْوِيلِهِ وَمَا يَعْلَمُ تَأْوِيلَهُ إِلاَّ اللّهُ وَالرَّاسِخُونَ فِي الْعِلْمِ يَقُولُونَ آمَنَّا بِهِ كُلٌّ مِّنْ عِندِ رَبِّنَا وَمَا يَذَّكَّرُ إِلاَّ أُوْلُواْ الْأَلْبَابِ | |||||
| Words | |هو - He| الذي - (is) the One Who| أنزل - revealed| عليك - to you| الكتاب - the Book,| منه - of it| آيات - (are) Verses| محكمات - absolutely clear -| هن - they (are)| أم - the foundation| الكتاب - (of) the Book,| وأخر - and others| متشابهات - (are) allegorical.| فأما - Then as for| الذين - those| في - in| قلوبهم - their hearts| زيغ - (is) perversity -| فيتبعون - [so] they follow| ما - what| تشابه - (is) allegorical| منه - of it,| ابتغاء - seeking| الفتنة - [the] discord| وابتغاء - and seeking| تأويله - its interpretation.| وما - And not| يعلم - knows| تأويله - its interpretation| إلا - except| الله - Allah.| والراسخون - And those firm| في - in| العلم - [the] knowledge,| يقولون - they say,| آمنا - "We believe| به - in it.| كل - All| من - (is)| عند - from| ربنا - our Lord."| وما - And not| يذكر - will take heed| إلا - except| أولو - men| الألباب - (of) understanding.| | ||||||
| 2 [7:53] | Hal yanthuroona illata/weelahu yawma ya/tee ta/weeluhu yaqoolu allatheenanasoohu min qablu qad jaat rusulu rabbina bialhaqqifahal lana min shufaAAaa fayashfaAAoo lanaaw nuraddu fanaAAmala ghayra allathee kunnanaAAmalu qad khasiroo anfusahum wadalla AAanhum makanoo yaftaroona | هل ينظرون إلا تأويله يوم يأتي تأويله يقول الذين نسوه من قبل قد جاءت رسل ربنا بالحق فهل لنا من شفعاء فيشفعوا لنا أو نرد فنعمل غير الذي كنا نعمل قد خسروا أنفسهم وضل عنهم ما كانوا يفترون هَلْ يَنظُرُونَ إِلاَّ تَأْوِيلَهُ يَوْمَ يَأْتِي تَأْوِيلُهُ يَقُولُ الَّذِينَ نَسُوهُ مِن قَبْلُ قَدْ جَاءَتْ رُسُلُ رَبِّنَا بِالْحَقِّ فَهَل لَّنَا مِن شُفَعَاءَ فَيَشْفَعُواْ لَنَا أَوْ نُرَدُّ فَنَعْمَلَ غَيْرَ الَّذِي كُنَّا نَعْمَلُ قَدْ خَسِرُواْ أَنفُسَهُمْ وَضَلَّ عَنْهُم مَّا كَانُواْ يَفْتَرُونَ | |||||
| Words | |هل - Do| ينظرون - they wait| إلا - except| تأويله - (for) its fulfillment| يوم - (The) Day| يأتي - (will) come| تأويله - its fulfillment,| يقول - will say| الذين - those who| نسوه - had forgotten it| من - from| قبل - before,| قد - "Verily| جاءت - had come| رسل - (the) Messengers| ربنا - (of) our Lord| بالحق - with the truth,| فهل - so are (there)| لنا - for us| من - any| شفعاء - intercessors| فيشفعوا - so (that) they intercede| لنا - for us| أو - or| نرد - we are sent back| فنعمل - so (that) we do (deeds)| غير - other than| الذي - that which| كنا - we used to| نعمل - do."| قد - Verily,| خسروا - they lost| أنفسهم - themselves,| وضل - and strayed| عنهم - from them| ما - what| كانوا - they used to| يفترون - invent.| | ||||||
| 3 [10:39] | Bal kaththaboo bima lam yuheetoobiAAilmihi walamma ya/tihim ta/weeluhu kathalika kaththabaallatheena min qablihim faonthurkayfa kana AAaqibatu alththalimeena | بل كذبوا بما لم يحيطوا بعلمه ولما يأتهم تأويله كذلك كذب الذين من قبلهم فانظر كيف كان عاقبة الظالمين بَلْ كَذَّبُواْ بِمَا لَمْ يُحِيطُواْ بِعِلْمِهِ وَلَمَّا يَأْتِهِمْ تَأْوِيلُهُ كَذَلِكَ كَذَّبَ الَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِهِمْ فَانظُرْ كَيْفَ كَانَ عَاقِبَةُ الظَّالِمِينَ | |||||
