| 1 [4:75] | Wama lakum la tuqatiloonafee sabeeli Allahi waalmustadAAafeena mina alrrijaliwaalnnisa-i waalwildani allatheenayaqooloona rabbana akhrijna min hathihialqaryati alththalimi ahluhawaijAAal lana min ladunka waliyyan waijAAallana min ladunka naseeran |  وما لكم لا تقاتلون في سبيل الله والمستضعفين من الرجال والنساء والولدان الذين يقولون ربنا أخرجنا من هذه القرية الظالم أهلها واجعل لنا من لدنك وليا واجعل لنا من لدنك نصيراوَمَا لَكُمْ لاَ تُقَاتِلُونَ فِي سَبِيلِ اللّهِ وَالْمُسْتَضْعَفِينَ مِنَ الرِّجَالِ وَالنِّسَاءِ وَالْوِلْدَانِ الَّذِينَ يَقُولُونَ رَبَّنَا أَخْرِجْنَا مِنْ هَـذِهِ الْقَرْيَةِ الظَّالِمِ أَهْلُهَا وَاجْعَل لَّنَا مِن لَّدُنكَ وَلِيًّا وَاجْعَل لَّنَا مِن لَّدُنكَ نَصِيرًا | |||||
| Words | |وما - And what| لكم - for you| لا - (that) not| تقاتلون - you fight| في - in| سبيل - (the) way| الله - (of) Allah,| والمستضعفين - and (for) those who are weak| من - among| الرجال - the men| والنساء - and the women| والولدان - and the children,| الذين - those who| يقولون - say,| ربنا - "Our Lord| أخرجنا - take us out| من - of| هذه - this| القرية - [the] town| الظالم - [the] oppressor(s)| أهلها - (are) its people| واجعل - and appoint| لنا - for us| من - from| لدنك - Yourself| وليا - a protector| واجعل - and appoint| لنا - for us| من - from| لدنك - Yourself| نصيرا - a helper.| | ||||||
| 2 [25:27] | Wayawma yaAAaddu alththalimuAAala yadayhi yaqoolu ya laytanee ittakhathtumaAAa alrrasooli sabeelan | ويوم يعض الظالم على يديه يقول يا ليتني اتخذت مع الرسول سبيلا وَيَوْمَ يَعَضُّ الظَّالِمُ عَلَى يَدَيْهِ يَقُولُ يَا لَيْتَنِي اتَّخَذْتُ مَعَ الرَّسُولِ سَبِيلًا | |||||
| Words | |ويوم - And (the) Day| يعض - will bite| الظالم - the wrongdoer| على - [on]| يديه - his hands,| يقول - he will say,| يا - O| ليتني - "O I wish!| اتخذت - I had taken| مع - with| الرسول - the Messenger| سبيلا - a way.| | ||||||
