| 1 [2:253] | Tilka alrrusulu faddalnabaAAdahum AAala baAAdin minhum man kallamaAllahu warafaAAa baAAdahum darajatin waataynaAAeesa ibna maryama albayyinati waayyadnahubiroohi alqudusi walaw shaa Allahu maiqtatala allatheena min baAAdihim min baAAdi ma jaat-humualbayyinatu walakini ikhtalafoo faminhum man amanawaminhum man kafara walaw shaa Allahu maiqtataloo walakinna Allaha yafAAalu mayureedu |  تلك الرسل فضلنا بعضهم على بعض منهم من كلم الله ورفع بعضهم درجات وآتينا عيسى ابن مريم البينات وأيدناه بروح القدس ولو شاء الله ما اقتتل الذين من بعدهم من بعد ما جاءتهم البينات ولكن اختلفوا فمنهم من آمن ومنهم من كفر ولو شاء الله ما اقتتلوا ولكن الله يفعل ما يريدتِلْكَ الرُّسُلُ فَضَّلْنَا بَعْضَهُمْ عَلَى بَعْضٍ مِّنْهُم مَّن كَلَّمَ اللّهُ وَرَفَعَ بَعْضَهُمْ دَرَجَاتٍ وَآتَيْنَا عِيسَى ابْنَ مَرْيَمَ الْبَيِّنَاتِ وَأَيَّدْنَاهُ بِرُوحِ الْقُدُسِ وَلَوْ شَاءَ اللّهُ مَا اقْتَتَلَ الَّذِينَ مِن بَعْدِهِم مِّن بَعْدِ مَا جَاءَتْهُمُ الْبَيِّنَاتُ وَلَـكِنِ اخْتَلَفُواْ فَمِنْهُم مَّنْ آمَنَ وَمِنْهُم مَّن كَفَرَ وَلَوْ شَاءَ اللّهُ مَا اقْتَتَلُواْ وَلَـكِنَّ اللّهَ يَفْعَلُ مَا يُرِيدُ | |||||
| Words | |تلك - These| الرسل - (are) the Messengers| فضلنا - We (have) preferred| بعضهم - some of them| على - over| بعض - others.| منهم - Among them| من - (were those with) whom| كلم - spoke| الله - Allah,| ورفع - and He raised| بعضهم - some of them| درجات - (in) degrees.| وآتينا - And We gave| عيسى - Isa,| ابن - son| مريم - (of) Maryam,| البينات - the clear proofs| وأيدناه - and We supported him| بروح - with Spirit| القدس - [the] Holy.| ولو - And if| شاء - (had) willed| الله - Allah| ما - not| اقتتل - (would have) fought each other| الذين - those who| من - (came) from| بعدهم - after them,| من - from| بعد - after| ما - [what]| جاءتهم - came to them| البينات - the clear proofs.| ولكن - [And] but| اختلفوا - they differed,| فمنهم - [so] of them| من - (are some) who| آمن - believed| ومنهم - and of them| من - (are some) who| كفر - denied.| ولو - And if| شاء - (had) willed| الله - Allah| ما - not| اقتتلوا - they (would have) fought each other,| ولكن - [and] but| الله - Allah| يفعل - does| ما - what| يريد - He intends.| | ||||||
| 2 [49:9] | Wa-in ta-ifatani minaalmu/mineena iqtataloo faaslihoo baynahumafa-in baghat ihdahuma AAala al-okhrafaqatiloo allatee tabghee hatta tafee-a ilaamri Allahi fa-in faat faaslihoobaynahuma bialAAadli waaqsitoo inna Allahayuhibbu almuqsiteena | وإن طائفتان من المؤمنين اقتتلوا فأصلحوا بينهما فإن بغت إحداهما على الأخرى فقاتلوا التي تبغي حتى تفيء إلى أمر الله فإن فاءت فأصلحوا بينهما بالعدل وأقسطوا إن الله يحب المقسطين وَإِن طَائِفَتَانِ مِنَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ اقْتَتَلُوا فَأَصْلِحُوا بَيْنَهُمَا فَإِن بَغَتْ إِحْدَاهُمَا عَلَى الْأُخْرَى فَقَاتِلُوا الَّتِي تَبْغِي حَتَّى تَفِيءَ إِلَى أَمْرِ اللَّهِ فَإِن فَاءَتْ فَأَصْلِحُوا بَيْنَهُمَا بِالْعَدْلِ وَأَقْسِطُوا إِنَّ اللَّهَ يُحِبُّ الْمُقْسِطِينَ | |||||
| Words | |وإن - And if| طائفتان - two parties| من - among| المؤمنين - the believers| اقتتلوا - fight,| فأصلحوا - then make peace| بينهما - between both of them.| فإن - But if| بغت - oppresses| إحداهما - one of them| على - on| الأخرى - the other,| فقاتلوا - then fight| التي - one which| تبغي - oppresses| حتى - until| تفيء - it returns| إلى - to| أمر - (the) command| الله - (of) Allah.| فإن - Then if| فاءت - it returns,| فأصلحوا - then make peace| بينهما - between them| بالعدل - with justice,| وأقسطوا - and act justly.| إن - Indeed,| الله - Allah| يحب - loves| المقسطين - those who act justly.| | ||||||
