[40:33] | Yawma tuwalloona mudbireena ma lakummina Allahi min AAasimin waman yudlili Allahufama lahu min hadin
|  يوم تولون مدبرين ما لكم من الله من عاصم ومن يضلل الله فما له من هاد
يَوْمَ تُوَلُّونَ مُدْبِرِينَ مَا لَكُم مِّنَ اللَّهِ مِنْ عَاصِمٍ وَمَن يُضْلِلِ اللَّهُ فَمَا لَهُ مِنْ هَادٍ |

| ወደ ኋላ ዞራችሁ በምትሸሹበት ቀን፤ ለናንተ ከአላህ (ቅጣት) ምንም ጠባቂ የላችሁም፡፡ አላህም የሚያጠመው ሰው ለርሱ ምንም አቅኚ የለውም፡፡ |
| آل الجلالين | { يوم تولون مدبرين } عن موقف الحساب إلى النار { ما لكم من الله } أي من عذابه { من عاصم } مانع { ومن يضلل الله فما له من هادِ } . |

| মুহিউদ্দীন খান | যেদিন তোমরা পেছনে ফিরে পলায়ন করবে; কিন্তু আল্লাহ থেকে তোমাদেরকে রক্ষাকারী কেউ থাকবে না। আল্লাহ যাকে পথভ্রষ্ট করেন, তার কোন পথপ্রদর্শক নেই। |
| Literal | A day/time you turn away giving your backs, no protector/shelterer (is) for you from God, and whom God misguides, so (there is) no guide for him. |
