| بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |

[40:25] | Falamma jaahum bialhaqqimin AAindina qaloo oqtuloo abnaa allatheenaamanoo maAAahu waistahyoo nisaahumwama kaydu alkafireena illa fee dalalin
|  فلما جاءهم بالحق من عندنا قالوا اقتلوا أبناء الذين آمنوا معه واستحيوا نساءهم وما كيد الكافرين إلا في ضلال
فَلَمَّا جَاءَهُم بِالْحَقِّ مِنْ عِندِنَا قَالُوا اقْتُلُوا أَبْنَاءَ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا مَعَهُ وَاسْتَحْيُوا نِسَاءَهُمْ وَمَا كَيْدُ الْكَافِرِينَ إِلَّا فِي ضَلَالٍ |
| Words | |فلما - Then when| جاءهم - he brought to them| بالحق - the truth| من - from| عندنا - Us| قالوا - they said,| اقتلوا - "Kill| أبناء - (the) sons| الذين - (of) those who| آمنوا - believe| معه - with him,| واستحيوا - and let live| نساءهم - their women."| وما - And not| كيد - (is the) plot| الكافرين - (of) the disbelievers| إلا - but| في - in| ضلال - error.| |

| ከእኛ ዘንድ እውነትን ይዞ በመጣላቸውም ጊዜ «የእነዚያን ከእርሱ ጋር ያመኑትን ሰዎች ወንዶች ልጆች ግደሉ፤ ሴቶቻቸውንም አስቀሩ» አሉ፡፡ የከሓዲዎችም ተንኮል በጥፋት ውስጥ እንጅ አይደለም፡፡ |
| آل الجلالين | { فلما جاءهم بالحق } بالصدق { من عندنا { قالوا اقتلوا أبناء الذين آمنوا معه واستحيوا } استبقوا { نساءهم وما كيْد الكافرين إلا في ضلال } هلاك . |
| Mi sen d iusa, s tidep s $uône£, nnan: "en$et arrac n wid iumnen yides, ssidret tilawin nnsen". Tandit ijehliyen siwa di ttelfan. |
| মুহিউদ্দীন খান | অতঃপর মূসা যখন আমার কাছ থেকে সত্যসহ তাদের কাছে পৌঁছাল; তখন তারা বলল, যারা তার সঙ্গী হয়ে বিশ্বাস স্থাপন করেছে, তাদের পুত্র সন্তানদেরকে হত্যা কর, আর তাদের নারীদেরকে জীবিত রাখ। কাফেরদের চক্রান্ত ব্যর্থই হয়েছে। |
| Literal | So when He came to them with the truth from at Us, they said: "Kill/fight (the) sons of those who believed with him, and shame/keep alive their women, and the disbelievers' plot/conspiracy (is) not except in misguidance." |
| Yusuf Ali | Now, when he came to them in Truth, from Us, they said, "Slay the sons of those who believe with him, and keep alive their females," but the plots of Unbelievers (end) in nothing but errors (and delusions)!... |
