بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ

Ith dakhaloo AAala dawoodafafaziAAa minhum qaloo la takhaf khasmanibagha baAAduna AAala baAAdinfaohkum baynana bialhaqqi walatushtit waihdina ila sawa-ialssirati إذ دخلوا على داوود ففزع منهم قالوا لا تخف خصمان بغى بعضنا على بعض فاحكم بيننا بالحق ولا تشطط واهدنا إلى سواء الصراط
إِذْ دَخَلُوا عَلَى دَاوُودَ فَفَزِعَ مِنْهُمْ قَالُوا لَا تَخَفْ خَصْمَانِ بَغَى بَعْضُنَا عَلَى بَعْضٍ فَاحْكُم بَيْنَنَا بِالْحَقِّ وَلَا تُشْطِطْ وَاهْدِنَا إِلَى سَوَاءِ الصِّرَاطِ
 Words|إذ - When| دخلوا - they entered| على - upon| داوود - Dawood| ففزع - and he was afraid| منهم - of them,| قالوا - they said,| لا - "(Do) not| تخف - fear.| خصمان - (We are) two litigants,| بغى - has wronged| بعضنا - one of us| على - to| بعض - another,| فاحكم - so judge| بيننا - between us| بالحق - in truth| ولا - and (do) not| تشطط - be unjust| واهدنا - and guide us| إلى - to| سواء - an even| الصراط - [the] path.|

በዳውድ ላይም በገቡ ጊዜ ከእነርሱም በደነገጠ ጊዜ «አትፍራ፤ (እኛ) ከፊላችን በከፊሉ ላይ ወሰን ያለፈ ሁለት ተከራካሪዎች ነን፡፡ በመካከላችንም በእውነት ፍረድ፡፡ አታዳላም፡፡ ወደ መካከለኛውም መንገድ ምራን፤» አሉት፡፡
آل الجلالين{ إذ دخلوا على داود ففزع منهم قالوا لا تخف } نحن { خصمان } قيل فريقان ليطابق ما قبله من ضمير الجمع، وقيل اثنان والضمير بمعناهما، والخصم يطلق على الواحد وأكثر، وهما ملكان جاءا في صورة خصمين وقع لهما ما ذكر على سبيل الغرض لتنبيه داود عليه السلام على ما وقع منه وكان له تسع وتسعون امرأة وطلب امرأة شخص ليس له غيرها وتزوجها ودخل بها { بغى بعضنا على بعض فاحكم بيننا بالحق ولا تشطط } تَجُرْ { واهدنا } أرشدنا { إلى سواء الصراط } وسط الطريق الصواب .
Mi kecmen ar Dawed, iugad iten. Nnan: "ur ppagwad, d sin ixûimen, yiwen degne$, ijuô $ef wayev. Eêkem garane$ s tidep, war taneêyaft. Enhu ya$ s abrid umâin.
মুহিউদ্দীন খানযখন তারা দাউদের কাছে অনুপ্রবেশ করল, তখন সে সন্ত্রস্ত হয়ে পড়ল। তারা বললঃ ভয় করবেন না; আমরা বিবদমান দুটি পক্ষ, একে অপরের প্রতি বাড়াবাড়ি করেছি। অতএব, আমাদের মধ্যে ন্যায়বিচার করুন, অবিচার করবেন না। আমাদেরকে সরল পথ প্রদর্শন করুন।
LiteralWhen they entered on (to) David, so He was frightened/terrified from them, they said: "Do not fear (we are) two disputers/adversaries/arguers, some of us oppressed/transgressed on some (over each other), so judge/rule between us with the truth/just , and do not be unjust , and guide us to the road's/way's middle/straightness ."
Yusuf AliWhen they entered the presence of David, and he was terrified of them, they said: "Fear not: we are two disputants, one of whom has wronged the other: Decide now between us with truth, and treat us not with injustice, but guide us to the even Path..
PickthalHow they burst in upon David, and he was afraid of them. They said: Be not afraid! (We are) two litigants, one of whom hath wronged the other, therefor judge aright between us; be not unjust; and show us the fair way.

Sarwarand entered where David was (praying). He was frightened, so they said, "Do not be afraid. We are only two disputing parties of which one of us has transgressed against the other. Judge between us with truth and justice and guide us to the right path".

QXP Shabbir Ahemd**When they breached his privacy, he was startled. They said, "Be not startled!" We both are disputing with each other as to who has done wrong to the other. Therefore, judge fairly between us, deviate not from equity and guide us to the even path."
Kun he ilmestyivät Daavidin eteen ja tämä heitä pelästyi, sanoivat he: »Älä pelkää, tässä on kaksi riitapuolta, joista toinen on tehnyt vääryyttä toiselle. Tuomitse siis oikein meidän asiamme, älä rankaise väärin, vaan saata meidät oikeuksiimme.
Gowani na somiyold siran ko Dawood, na inikalk iyan siran, pitharo iran: "A di ka khalk: Ka pkharido kami a dowa, ka inaniyaya o sabaad rkami so sabaad: Na kokoma kaming ka sa ontol, go di ka phramiramig; go nggonanaowa kaming ka ko ontol a lalan."
Ahmed Raza Khanجب وہ داؤد پر داخل ہوئے تو وہ ان سے گھبرا گیا انہوں نے عرض کی ڈریے نہیں ہم دو فریق ہیں کہ ایک نے دوسرے پر زیادتی کی ہے تو ہم میں سچا فیصلہ فرمادیجئے اور خلافِ حق نہ کیجئے اور ہمیں سیدھی راہ بتایے،
