| بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |

[16:118] | WaAAala allatheena hadooharramna ma qasasnaAAalayka min qablu wama thalamnahumwalakin kanoo anfusahum yathlimoona
|  وعلى الذين هادوا حرمنا ما قصصنا عليك من قبل وما ظلمناهم ولكن كانوا أنفسهم يظلمون
وَعَلَى الَّذِينَ هَادُواْ حَرَّمْنَا مَا قَصَصْنَا عَلَيْكَ مِن قَبْلُ وَمَا ظَلَمْنَاهُمْ وَلَـكِن كَانُواْ أَنفُسَهُمْ يَظْلِمُونَ |
| Words | |وعلى - And to| الذين - those who| هادوا - are Jews| حرمنا - We have forbidden| ما - what| قصصنا - We related| عليك - to you| من - before.| قبل - before.| وما - And not| ظلمناهم - We wronged them| ولكن - but| كانوا - they used (to)| أنفسهم - themselves| يظلمون - wrong.| |

| በእነዚያም ይሁዳውያን በኾኑት ላይ ከአሁን በፊት በአንተ ላይ የተረክነውን ነገር እርም አድርገንባቸዋል፡፡ እኛም አልበደልናቸውም፡፡ ግን ነፍሶቻቸውን ይበድሉ ነበሩ፡፡ |
| آل الجلالين | ( وعلى الذين هادوا ) أي اليهود ( حرمنا ما قصصنا عليك من قبل ) في آية "" وعلى الذين هادوا حرمنا كل ذي ظفر "" إلى آخرها ( وما ظلمناهم ) بتحريم ذلك ( ولكن كانوا أنفسهم يظلمون ) بارتكاب المعاصي الموجبة لذلك . |
| I wudayen, Negdel ayen i$ef i k Neêka, iu$ lêal. Ur ten Nednis, maca nitni ddennisen iman nnsen. |
| মুহিউদ্দীন খান | ইহুদীদের জন্যে আমি তো কেবল তাই হারাম করেছিলাম যা ইতিপূর্বে আপনার নিকট উল্লেখ করেছি। আমি তাদের প্রতি কোন জুলুম করিনি, কিন্তু তারাই নিজেদের উপর জুলুম করত। |
| Literal | And on those who repented/guided/Jews We forbade/prohibited what We narrated/relayed/informed on (to) you from before, and We did not cause injustice to/oppress them, and but they were themselves causing injustice to/oppressing. |
| Yusuf Ali | To the Jews We prohibited such things as We have mentioned to thee before: We did them no wrong, but they were used to doing wrong to themselves. |
| Pickthal | And unto those who are Jews We have forbidden that which We have already related unto thee. And We wronged them not, but they were wont to wrong themselves. |
